Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Agreed. I tried to buy 100k shares just now but MM's declined. The 2x 50k buys at 4.79p and 4.90p were mine.
I think SB and go have been so lucky at Pitfield. It's the kind of luck that geologists at small-fry explorers usually just dream of. I consider myself blessed to recognise the potential here and am 100% happy to wait for riches.

So with 28.5m shares in the scheme, it would appear that the BoD (+1 employee) should be very incentivised to make EEE a success.
I'm hoping this will reassure anyone wanting to make a big deal out of director shareholdings.
You're welcome.
I'll answer my own question
From 23 March 2023
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/EEE/grant-of-options-mn4ngh0t1y4lydl.html
It's been pointed out (correctly in my opinion) that the shareholdings of some of the big names at the company have been on the modest side. I was at least heartened to see members of the board buying at the last placing and aligning their interests more closely with ours.
I am guessing that in addition to salaries, many on EEE's payroll will have share options. Anybody have any details?
CaseFountain, I would be amazed if you got your buy in the low-4's, Support looks pretty strong at 5p and IMO we now look primed for a go at 6p on the next surge. If you believe in the fundamentals here (the expected value of Pitfield in particular) then the risk of trading seems quite pointless unless you really know what you're doing.
Good luck snagging some in the low-4's
"For the purposes of modelling the project’s cash flows we have pushed back first production to 2026, but it is also likely the project will never proceed."
Wood MacKenzie 2023.
Versus Prawn86 from the internet. You decide.

I've just looked at the stocks you normally follow and seem to be enthusiastic about.
I advise you you to just get out of the stockmarket, It is not suited to everyone and you seem to be following some very bad advice.
I remember in the 80's - a University lecturer, on his 1st 'good morning' to us grumpy teenagers.
He said the Uni bunch would typically grunt him a vague 'g'morning'
The Polytechnic degree students would grunt a more polite and coherent 'good morning'
and the HND further education students would typically write it down.
Cue laughter.
.
Shaun, it seems you're worse than that - you copy and paste stuff that you don't even understand
Prawn86 -and I stand by that. How much money have you lost? Are your parents proud that you grew up to be a stock promoter? (I'm really sorry, and this is way off your script, but that's what you seem to be)
Prawn86 (sorry, your intellect now overwhelms me)
Did you really copy and paste that list of nothingness thinking it would be of value to anyone?
Even the great pumpenfuhrer (TM) himself would be so disappointed in you. MuppetMinion (TM)

Click on 'Team' and 'Andrew Trahar'
Andrew mentions his current activities at Vision Blue as well as previous life at JP Morgan but no mention of any 'achievements' (joke) at Zanaga or even his current empoyment at Zanaga. Does anyone think this is strange given that AT is the lead spokesman at ZIOC? Is his involvement at ZIOC a source of embarrassment for him?
What do MM's Minions think?
Or have they been instructed to swerve this just like the Wood MacKenzie report?
It's interesting isn't it - that our resident tantrum queen managed to sleuth traces of ZIOC on a random executive jet but failed to find this noteworthy publication by Wood MacKenzie. Read just the summary and weep fools. What will Minor Miner's Moronic Minnions (TM) say about this? I can't wait to read their script. I sense I'll have to put both of them back in the stupid box.
Again.
LOL

Big respect as always to you Extrader. I'm surprised that the great sleuth MinorMiner did not draw this report to our attention before now. Hell, that guy could find traces of ZIOC on random Brazillian executive jets. Makes you wonder how he could be so blind, don't it?
Doubtless you will understand that I regard you in a different league to the 2 m0r0nic pumptards who plague this messageboard as well as the great (absent) tantrummer himself.
Interesting that that the 2 pumptards won't go near this thread. Does it make anyone wonder what their agenda is?

The last sentence of the summary is somewhat sobering
