I think I remember correctly that when Maersk was undertaking the trial. Daily /weekly someone was guessing/calculating the hours and by the time the trial was shopped was stopped and the actual hours were published it was significantly less than had been crudely calculated by us so it would have taken longer than we had anticipated to complete the trial.

I've asked these question because QFI have enough money £7m, which will last to July 2022. So we have a window of H1 2022 to sign and start supplying. Based on every timeline and promise in recent years have Mike and Jason built enough fat into these dates together with current delays?

Sadly Quadrise has never been a sales or Marketing focused company which is why no journalist ever mentions the benefits of our products....Mike and Jason need to pick up the phone and start communicating with these specialist journalists. So when in future they cover an article on the shipping industry and its environmental issues they would be invited to give comments and push MASR etc....It's not rocket science just a little effort and audacity is required.

We are in agreement. Quadrise is the only share I've held of years and keep saying to my self it will happen in the next 6 months/3 months/ next month. I've not commented much over the last couple of months because I'm getting bored of waiting and waiting. I really thought more was going to happen in Q1 and now April has nearly disappeared again with no real update or news....Plus we are all still on tender-hooks waiting to find out the second marine company still!!

QFI have never been super busy on media. Its one of the big bugbears I have about QFI. I think they have single-handedly missed every major opportunity to capitalise on media stories about the shipping industry in recent years.
Additionally over the last 4-6 months they have started posting regularly on LinkedIn which although good to see frankly its a waste of time up to 20 Likes usually the same people liking including me and no shares....If this is a route they wish to go down each post needs to be supported with money helping the post reach a wider market....Sadly I think they are poorly advised and wasting money on this front. The cheapest and probably the most effective way to get better media coverage would be for either Mike or Jason to email/call every journalist that cover any story in our target areas suck as these articles:-

Great message however Mike needs to do a load more on the PR front. He should be shouting from every roof top.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received valid acceptances and excess applications from Qualifying Shareholders for a total of 129,803,698 Open Offer Shares under the Open Offer which was 3.4 times subscribed.

As a result, the maximum number of a total of 37,673,598 Open Offer Shares will be issued in connection with the Open Offer, raising £1.0 million.

Applications made under the Excess Application Facility will be scaled back pro-rata such that Qualifying Shareholders will receive 8.571% of the Excess Shares applied for.
