I sold out last week at 44 due to the overwhelming ramping on this board and predictions of £2-3 in a week. The shorts obviously knew what was coming, and no doubt paid for a few people to fill this forum with empty promises. Luckily my instincts proved right this time having been burned before, there’s never any easy money to be made in the market. That said, I’m back in again at 28 in full awareness that it’s still a bit of a gamble, but the odds are acceptable to me now. Good luck all

I sold out last week but I’ve been keeping an eye on WG with a view to buying in again if there’s no deal. I think the current share price vastly undervalues the company, but the board have been terrible and there’s a lot resting on Sidaras possible bid. Selfishly I was hoping to buy back at 30p and watch the price revert back over £1. Good luck to all holders, my risk tolerance isn’t as strong as yours. Whatever happens, the board need booting

That’s 4 months ago. I’ve sold and bought in again since then. Only long hold I’ve ever had is RR and I sold out of that yesterday. I’m sitting out of the whole market for a while, I’m expecting a bumpy few weeks and I will keep my powder dry. WG is one of those shares I’ve never lost on, I think 4 times I’ve been lucky with it. RTO is a dog for me, have lost three times

I’ve never seen so much ramping on a board, makes me wonder whether there’s a coordinated effort. But as a contrarian I’m taking my 20% profit and getting out. My biggest trading regrets have been selling out too soon, maybe this is another but taking profit is never bad. Good luck to anyone that’s taking their chances

Had a great run with an average of £1 and am gonna call it a day. A small shame that I top sliced back at £3, but this one has made me a cool £80k and I’m more than happy with that. Hopefully you’ll all see your £10

An amateur question because I’ve never been involved in a bid situation before. If Sidara bid £1 and is accepted, does that immediately mean our 44p shares are valued at £1? Why would they pay double when they could buy at the current price? Would we need to agree or do the board do that on our behalf? The way I see it it’s a 50:50 gamble whether the bid comes in or not, and I’m tempted to take profits now but would kick myself if it doubled/trebled

I know nothing about EJFI other than the chairman bought £200,000 worth of shares on 23rd December 2024. That’s good enough for me to take a chance

I was planning to average down this morning and was surprised it had risen so much. I still went ahead though, and now averaging 8.5p which is much better than the 23p from a few years ago. Surely it can only go up from here?

I doubled my initial investment and took out my original stake so I’m only playing with pure profit, and even that has since tripled. If I’d stayed in longer my mortgage would be paid off. My biggest trading regrets are always selling too soon, I hate that more than buying a dud

Dammit. Sold out earlier this week on a small profit. Missing the big rises hurts more than big fallers. I could kick myself, I knew it was oversold. Best of luck everyone

I bought at £1 and also averaged down a couple of times and it owes me 46p a share. I almost pulled out when it was hovering around 6p but decided I’d rather lose it all than sell out. I’m glad I did, and can see this going above £1 in the next couple of months. No one knows

275 will get me interested again. 5% off these levels for profit taking and Santa rally. I’m still a RR fan, but always nice to cash out and not worry about volatility for a short while

I’ve been in since under £1 and sold half at 220, and the rest today. I’m not out completely, I just think the SP has gone upwards too quickly and I’m expecting a pull back. I hope so anyway, but it’s been a nice ride

Wow, saw it was 15% down this morning so set a buy at 500.1 expecting support, but it crashed straight through. It must be in oversold territory for such a big company. I hope so

Decided that the macro environment is just too risky for me, what with inflation, US bond market, fuel costs, 2 wars, and our floundering government. This was my biggest holding after doubling down in the 70-80p range to get my average to £1, so I’m sad to leave that nice price behind. The profit offsets my bad trades which I’ve pulled today. Time to sit this market out for a while and hopefully get in again if it drops below £2. Good luck all

I averaged down to 95p but wish I’d just cut it loose and accepted a loss, I’ve got way too much tied up here and missing opportunities elsewhere.
