What is their current reserve value of Tungsten? 55M seems a bit overhyped for a junior miner.

JD sports currently reminds me of asos during covid. They massively over ordered with their stock during the peak and got hammered after revenue did not come in as expected. JD seems to be now overleveraged with too many shops during the peak of the cycle....lets see how it plays out.

I can see them offering a lowball offer before results.

I think inflation coming down rapidly coupled with a strengthening pound will result in better than expected profits reported. They probably want to get an offer sorted before the good news is priced into the share price.

I would probably bet more on ASOS right now. They have two large shareholders slugging it out to get cheap shares/possible takeover. JD sports should be valued multiples from the share price right now but I can't see any positive external catalysts to jolt this back to life....

Lets hope they let ASOS grow back slowly to 20quid a share, that would be best for us small share holders.

If they were greedy and wanted the whole business on the cheap this is the best time to strike and they will certainly be incentivized to keep bids as low as possible...

Got burnt badly on ASOS, holding since 2022. This looks similar unless the CEO can pull a rabbit out the bag.

I think there will be MINIMAL. The largest shareholders are not going to dilute themselves unless it's absolutely necessary. Debt financing is always cheaper than equity, especially in this case.

This should truly take off once debt is refinanced. I doubt a serious rights issue will happen because the large shareholders currently on the books.

Is this valued at single digit ev/EBITDA? Surely a value stock now? Although I've been saying it for 3 years lol....

Thanks for directing to warrants info. You are correct, we have a significant overhang here but ultimately it is a bet on the quality of the assets. I still think at 18m mcap the market is still valuing this too cheaply.

If we were at 50-80m then maybe you could say the asset value is fully valued in current form, of course it is imho and ultimately it is up to the results.
