We've had a massive run up just in the last two weeks. Fully expect a significant pullback, however two facts remain intact that will support gold

1. Chinese insurers, government and locals buying gold. They are no-where near finished. I suspect they are aiming to become one of the largest holders of gold worldwide. They are far far behind the US currently.

2. Trump flip-flopping on tariffs. Ignore his words, observe his actions.

Nobody is going to be making big bets after that first result. Much safer to take a wait and see approach and react after the next one comes in.

Yeah, the market is valuing the company as if there is only going to be about 85k ounces per year produced for the next two years.

The Nigerian mine is going to shut in two years time with no future developments in Nigeria, Senegal or Cote d'Ivoire. Also, there will be zero stockpile because the government is going to confiscate it all! Nigeria is corrupt but come on!! haha

Dropping that amount before RNS shows confidence and need for yield!

Canadian listing is still ahead than the UK. I guess the investors there are after yield because their central bank has kept their rates at 2.75%! Their normal savings account must under 5%

I am surprised by the number of LTH who are happy with the performance of the management here. As you say, they've had all the detailed data in their hand for months for this to happen? i am sure they will collect their salary and share options whilst your investment is halved in a day....

Yeah, technical analysis most of time can be a load of rubbish, especially if black swans appear. In Trump Land the chances of black swans has gone up exponentially so we shall see how the share price reacts after the q1 results.

Yes, my roundabout way of saying the share price should be double from here....at a minimum. If mine life extension is successful then probably triple or more ;)

Still yielding close to 9%. What would be an acceptable level here factoring in the location risks? 4-5% yield I would have thought.

Definitely more comms needed....the market is spooked here and it would be good for management to clarify things. Not terminal but markets are fickle.
