You can use the same logic on Omi. What is their proven resource in the ground in Argentina? Do they even have one? So the market is valuing a 200k proven resource at 90m? seems overpriced to me.

I had a similar experience with REE recently. They had 2p warrants to flip but good result and news of Us government funding means it was chewed through double time and now shares are going ballistic. I can see similar things here.

Broker warrants maybe...I doubt all will be flipped. If drilling results are great it will probably be a very minor blip.

Sadly I can't see Omi doing a five bagger within the next year unless they can bring production online double quick time. It's already nearly 100m market cap.

There are 85million warrants at 2.25p outstanding from the latest fund raise, but this shouldn't be an issue if drill results are positive. I think it can hit 100m easily if both deposits gets material upgrade in the near future. We are at such low market cap we have some room for dud results and still be ok in the long run.

Anyways getting in early on a good idea is very different to getting in late on a mediocre one. Investing is dynamic, facts change you have to change with it. Near term nobody knows where this will go. The shares have lost a lot of value since MRE, is it at the bottom? Who knows.

The potential gold in the ground is there but is it quantifiable at this stage? Nope, more drilling needed. Fundraising incoming too for developing Pepas. Is that going to negatively affect share price? There are multiple issues to think about not just how much potential gold is here.

Drilling results will move this upwards. Warrants are on fumes, literally the last dregs of it going through. I would imagine Us government had a good look and knows what's in the ground here hence the firm support shown. We just need to sit tight and wait it out patiently 😉
