The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
South Pars/North Dome gas field, Qatar and Iran, rumour is Qatar send them money to keep them sweet and the US turns a blind eye. Funny when you fly over, border clearly defined by a line of platforms 50 yds inside Qatar’s waters.
I would Google ice roads in Alaska, not quite there yet, plus elephant in the room climate change, or is it just El Nino, anyway not there yet, unfortunately!
I don’t post much, however moved to because that was a very good explanation cbaron. I can’t believe anyone could fail to comprehend it.
A little indigestion caused by the the 30 mill shares eligible for trading on AIM as of 18th maybe. I suspect share price will start to recover over the next week or two. The skeptic in me wonders about the timing of this and the timing of the RNS re Farallon, CHONS and GB.
Selling is always an option, I took it on the chin with a -95% hit. How else are you going to learn. A dog is a dog. Having said that everyone should do what they think best, gl.
The guy on the rig who earned the most money was the Schlumberger hand (wire line), he stayed up till the job was done. That could be days, not saying he didn't sleep, but it was in his gear back of the dog house.
So maybe a typo? "The allotment of 47,296,231 Placement Shares is not subject to shareholder approval and will fall within the
Company’s 15% placement capacity under ASX LR 7.1 (15,327,397 Placement Shares) and additional 10%
placement capacity under ASX LR 7.1A (31,968,834 Placement Shares)."
So 47.3 allocated and 'oversubscribed'. At any rate let's see if it translates into activity.
Then I don’t know why they limited it to 43 million, I will try and find out.
Having reread the news release I believe the limit of 43 million shares was so as not to have to issue a prospectus on the LSE. So actually they hit their target;
Yes I think you are right in cold light of day. However feeling quite excited that this might finally be moving in the right direction. We will see in the coming weeks if cause for optimism. I am prepared to average up.
92 sold at 175, never fall in love with a share! Always take the money!
I believe nearly 15% below last price and a little more below 5 day average. I also understand it filled very quickly and the extra (5 mill) was also raised.
As to where the share price goes all I know is whenever I take part in a placing it goes down. I expect DNK will be trading on ASX tomorrow, interesting to see what it does on LSE today.
Things are different now. Vision (private company) were the operator, Jay now seems to have a competent and more open group around him. Directly in control (which I understand concerns you np) but drilling is not an exact science, gushers are invariably the thing of popular imagination.
Not sure HUR and porosity go hand in hand. That’s granite they drilled into and fractured basement. Anyway you might be proved right in the end with PANR, regardless it’s too early for anyone to be right. I am hanging on to see how things pan out. There is a roadmap (to use the recently popularised vernacular) of the way ahead, for the moment I will be patient. Good luck with UOG.
Thanks
Any lawyers out there care to comment. Is Jay a bankrupt, can he be an executive officer of a UK company?
You might be right, but if they have news I don't think they are allowed to sit on it. I suppose there might be creative and legit ways of slowing the news down so as to post Monday morning.
The ii is selling because of its in house rules and regs, they are not like us yahoos. I suspect that the rig demob added 1 - 3 days to the test program. To quote johhnyrockettothemoon et al. results Friday I feel it in my water but actually whothefecknose. Chill on the book of calm it will come soon enough.
It would appear due to shareholder pressure on Seamus to cut the fat at HQ. How true I do not know, but it does seem since the arrival of an entity called the 10baggerclub things have been happening. I have been invested here for years and am some 80% up, it has been at times a frustrating wait due to 'no activity' (a funny Ozzie cop series). However when you you look at the potential it is mind blowing. I am looking to buy in and average up at some point, just waiting (along with everyone else) to see some progress in building the access road, set up of water supplies (sea water pipe) and getting the workers in and camped.
Scot is the facts Rottweiler on this and other boards, present 'facts' at your peril By the way can we have an irrational exuberance Rottweiler, you know to slap down the BOOMS, all aboard, golden ticket, rocket to Mars and the old favourite, wouldn't want to be out over the weekend which will no doubt arrive with positive progress. By the way Scotty don't bite my leg off, just a bit of banter..........please
