Simple fact of the matter is that there is oil and gas in them there hills and tonnes of it.

I really don’t know what your problem is.

I’ve been ripped by other companies on the AIM, so any one of them is a gamble.

One of them companies I was in took a loan out from another company. The rate of interest was phenomenal and the loan company was owned by the same person.
Now that is taking the piss.
People still invested.

Sentiment was good in INFT before suspension and I hope that when relisting commences it will continue.

I for one have nominally written off my investment here until I this relist.

I would think most here are of the same opinion.

You have to remember that before suspension, the SP didn’t tank. That tells me the sentiment was good rather than let’s get the hell the glass is half full, and we will see this through to a positive outcome, albeit being a rather long wait.

I don’t know about the others though ?

while I wait for this to come to market, I will dream about the potential we have here when we do indeed become a “ producer and explorer” on the main market rather than a shell company on the AIM.

The gas flame is pissed on the website graphic, so I may ring Gerwyn to bring it to his attention !

We don't even need to frack to be in business in this area, although fracking would of course very beneficial. : )

What we potentially have in this area can turn this business into the next British gas. Hardly comparable with a pissy fracking site up there.

I understand the risk alright and if I'm honest, it's one of the reasons why I went in to this company intentionally before suspension.

But why give a 26% chunk of Transgas to Infinity if one is taking liberties ?
Why not just the minimum 25% ?

I'd like to think the the 1% is a gesture that all is well.

And as I thought in my last post, there is plenty of room for investment without dilution if it turns out that Transgas is valued high enough.

We don't know though at the moment so I think I'll ponder over my paranoid conclusions for a while to keep myself amused with my investment here. That way, the only way is up. : )

That’s a lot of outside investment cash with headroom for profit for the investors and indeed us Pi’s as this business moves forward.

That’s his reason:

Gerwyn has set it up with 26% of Transgas being own by Infinity and given us 1% on top.

I think Boom may be right.

I’m thinking now that we may have all been shafted, but that could be my own paranoia from all my failed attempts to make money from this game.

In the other hand...

I’m also hoping that because the rules of listing on the main market requires the above 25% if shares to be held in public hands, that Transgas is not simply worth £10 million ( which roughly equates to the original value of Infinity on the AIM), but actually that Transgas will be worth a hell of a lot more than a measely £10mill.

Do we really think that Transgas could only be worth this amount with a the potential that it’s got in this area ?

I’d love to know now but don’t want to build up hopes that I’ve actually got it right this time.

But what if ?

£20mill = 2 bags

£100mill = 20 bags !

Remember the court hearing when Gerwyn told the Judge that in one licence area alone there is a potential 17 terra cubic feet of gas, and the judge asked him to repeat that.

I go back to my basic understanding of this business and end up at the same place every time.

Even with outside investment and dilution I still see expansion in the value of the company and that it can only go one way.

In ten years it could be worth over £1billion.

The arguments for and against are about 50/50 ( even though the against are rather blinkered in what needs to happen next in order to achieve their goal) but sensible reasoning always wins in a debate of this kind, which is another reason why I see the this being very successful.

As soon as this comes to market the price will probably drop because of all the impatient selling just to get their cash out after waiting along with the bitterness of waiting with some, they will beep regardless.

I on the other hand will still be waiting.

How many in Transgas ( or does he and his family own the lot)

There must be a plan here for a 51% stake at least, including his stake from Infinity to ensure control of the company.

If the %age is more then I will expect some contingency plan to also be the case for future investment.

The website looks initially to be acceptable for the Welsh governments strategy or policy regarding the use of fossils fuels and renewables for the future.

There is an awful lot of gas in thems there hills ! : )

Just a thought...

I was considering putting my shares into an ISA before suspension.

However, now that suspension stopped me from doing this and HL now gives me a notional value with the same amount of shares...

Does this also mean that anyone who did open an ISA now has the ISA closed and the shares that were in there transferred back to a normal fund and share account ?

Do these shares need to be re invested ?

Investing into an ISA pre suspension would have been a waste of time ?
