That lot will be over in here for the next UK oil and gas venture. Seems from what I�ve read that we hav a shedload more oil and gas than UKOG could ever hope for in that region anyway, I could not understand why the SP was so high there in comparison. The possibilities here with INFT are staggering in comparison and this is the reason why I invested here, or should I say gambled. : ) Fingers crossed, the relist and growth could make us very happy.

If he is going to RTO into more than one company , say four with licenses then is this a 20% stake overal ? I think it much more complicated than that : )

If this goes to plan ( we get the listing ) the dilution won't make much difference to the valuation in my opinion. The whole idea is to make money from the start. I have just under 1/3 of one percent of the company as it stands (technically, Zilch) and I expect to have the same upon relisting. Or do I ? If dilution is a result then i expect a higher SP. Or do I ? i really don't know what to expect but i want multiples of what I invested thats for sure.
