it basically ( just using basic maths ) made your shares value next to nothing while the director aquired virtually all of the company ( and value of any ) literally for himself.

I'm in denial.

You ask and wonder what the price will be if this ever does relist ? ( I live in hope )

What happened a few years back was the vote.

I won’t go into that actual vote but all the clever people that voted YES in an impatient assumption that they will see their money, basically and mathematically gave the majority of what may have been some very good gains, away to Gerwyn.

Fools who had attacked me for going against the yes vote made this company investment by YOU practically worthless.

Gerwyn however now has 90 odd percent of what was originally around 25 odd percent and will now be able to gain funding with new partners thanks to the stupid voters that know it all.

I don’t claim to know it all, but I think I have a firm grasp of basic maths and can honestly state that we have been well and truly shafted from both sides of the camp.

My £8000 odd investment shortly before the company closed will probably upon relisting, will be worth around £800.

Will Gerwyn dilute ?
Will he issue new ordinary shares ?
Who knows ?

What I do know is, you and I won’t see any gains from it.

I hope I’m monumentally wrong with my entire analysis.

I'm still nursing my hyperthetical wounds gained by that silly vote that launched GW's wealth (nominal) from roughly 20% of the company to around 90% !

if there was ever to be any success profit wise the voting guys gave it all away to him ! Now that is almost the biggest F up of the century in anybody's book, if they had any braincells to work it out that is.

The next episode in this saga will be ( if it ever relist's that is) willbe the new ordinary share issue and the raising of funds all at your further expense.

GW didn't opriginally hold the majority of shares.
Now that vote of "yes" to his new deal has gone through a couple or 4 years ago, you lot have basically signed away any or all profit to GW.
You invest in a company to make money and yet yyou all signed it away in that stupid rush to get relisted !!!

The deal that went down after everyone voted yes with the idea that it would speed an RTO up has messed up anyway.

This yes vote gave almost everything to Gerwyn on a notional level if the company is successful.

I wrote my investment off the moment I pressed the buy button.

You put your money here so why moan ? I assume you voted yes ? If so you have nothing to moan about whatsoever.

Just think about how much you would have made on relist if the vote hadn’t gone through and we had and would have got a much fairer deal.

I say “fairer”, that’s a joke word here as there is nothing fair about this.

Your investment will only be worth a fraction of what it was before if this does relist.

I thought I’d backed the right horse, but this time it was the very people investing beside me that put a spanner in the works.
