INFT should have been adjusted in value by it original shares in issue.

We have been shafted, because instantly we hold a lesser stake in the company than what we had irrespective of price.

= 20% of INFT before delist when valued @£2.5 million with the SP @.0013

Add the £10million value of shares @ .004 ? Gerwyn owns 80% of INFT !

No ! add those shares @ the delist price instead (.0013) and that's £3.3 million worth !

3.3+2.5 = £5.7million with Gerwyn owning 60% of the company !

The resolution has been passed and I just cannot make my mind up what price it's going to open at and close on the day, but the above is the BEST CASE SCENARIO as far as I see it.

Not really, he’s been commenting for as long as I remember, before and after suspension.

He’s only saying as he sees in my opinion, and I very much doubt he is silly enough to think that “bashing” the company is going to get him cheap shares.

That does not go onto 26% of Trannygas if valued at £40,000,000

It does equate if Trannygas is worth £70,000,000

@ .004 we would be worth around £7,500,000
Add Gerwyns £10,000,000 @ .004
£INFT 17,500,000 or thereabouts !

so at 26% of trannygas....

That makes Trannygas worth around £67,307,692.31p

or open at .0014 (or lower)

reducing Gerwyn to tears at roughly £3,300,000 (still six bagging)

locking you lot in until he sells £2,800,000 worth (if he's lucky ) but hell we did invest in the first place so why fucking not buy them off him.

Not that im going to or even going to get the oppotunity, but my 5,000,000 shares will be worth anything between £1600 what I can make out to £30,000 odd depending on what story you want it to be at closing time on the day.
