20 September from UNESCO:sorry we didn't receive any letter, can you send it again?"

Baylan resends the letter.
Very easy to lose a year when dealing with a British company.

European drugs conglomerates are charging vast amounts for their vaccines compared with AZ which is largely at cost. FACT.
They want a bigger slice of this lucrative pie so draw your own conclusions. The lobbying bit was a sinch this time as the europoliticians look for any excuse to stick the knife in the British.

Ironic really Paul. Normally we are on the AIM chat board berating corrupt and greedy directors yet here we are berating greedy and corrupt politicians in preference to our own directors.

Unless he is replaced with something of similar down to earth views, GMB will become just as stale and woke as BBC Breakfast. Hardly good for the viewer figures and subsequently the SP.

For me, a killer question to Baylan from one of the more supportive MPs would be...
"Mr Baylan, when and what was the last communication between the government and UNESCO regarding the siting of a mine at Kallak "
That would really put him in the headlights.

Thing is Eric , there are 2 possible scenarios. Either UNESCO have already responded and Baylan is just sitting on it. Or they haven't responded. In which case, one might expect that, in a bid to confirm he is urgently progressing the case, Baylan has been putting pressure on them to respond asap. And if that were the case, there would have been no reason for UNESCO to not have responded by now.
Either way it would appear that Baylan is at best doing nothing and at worst, deliberately delaying the process. Absolutely shameful.

And that's the point Aug. Baylan has no right whatsoever to be concerned about the Kallak mine.
So one has to ask just what is the REAL reason he is stringing this out for so long?

Yes, it's good to see other projects progressing but would we even be involved in the other projects if Kallak had been granted in a reasonable timeframe. We are moving on because we have no choice. If , and I hope this isn't the case, we lose Kallak, then all we have left is Finland and Vardar so without them we would be a lame one trick pony.

Skwizz. Problem with your argument is that at this SP and number of shares in issue, you can only attract institutional investors to the detriment of personal investors.
Also seeing an earlier comment re Turkey, even if that project comes good, it won't materially improve the fortunes of PIs for much the same reasons. Which also makes me think from latest posts that most PIs seem to have given up on horse hill
