I can't in all honesty say Yes because we don't know what if anything is going on behind the scenes. It's not completely beyond the realms of possibility that we will receive an RNS shortly confirming the go ahead all wrapped up in aJV with the KAB.

In a way Eric, I take some reassurance from the way kurt is keeping mum these days.
One could argue that if things were going badly, there would be a few letters and RNSs flying about.

Picked the wrong bank here a few years ago. Despite averaging down to 48p last year, still under and SP growth has lagged behind RBS which is now well over 100% up from last year's lows.

If anything should give us comfort that a positive decision will be made it is this paragraph. Clearly based on this , the government doesn't have a leg to stand on in delaying or opposing our application. But this is politics and politicians can do pretty much what they want when in office.
