I am somewhat heartened by their latest production update this week, particularly Hernic. It shows that they can take a project through to production and then overcome technical setbacks to show quarter on quarter growth. Let's hope they can duplicate that at Kabwe, without the technical setback of course. Cheers 3card.

For anyone who still believes the ACI deal is the best thing since sliced bread, you should offset against it the dilution and loss of share value we have suffered as a direct result of said deal. Doesn't seem so attractive then although if it does by some miracle come through in the end at same terms, then, looking forward I suppose it's the best we're gonna get.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a decent organic growth of retail gas sales over next year or so. The point I am making is that if we don't, then it merely exposes our BOD to ridicule after all their useless pronouncements in recent years. To be totally reliant on big power IMO puts us in a poor place constantly treading the mill for meager profits and late payments. Foo gets richer and our SP value goes nowhere.

I for one won't be buying any more. My 300,000 (3 million old money) is more than enough for me given the nightmare journey we've had.

Doesn't necessarily follow that the SP won't rise above the warrant price. Lot of factors involved including strength of company, percentage of warrants to issued share capital, level of shares traded. Yeah on reflection you're probably right in BMR's case.

I don't see that as ambiguous. Commissioning by 30 September says exactly that to me. All done and dusted by said date.

Bearing in mind the months that have passed since this blew up, I would say that the next update should, as a minimum, state several new and/or previous customers signed up and taking gas with a 15/20% increase in gas sales. If we can keep doing that (without serious price dilution), I couldn't give a flying feck whether or not we reconnect power gas. Too unreliable and not very profitable. The only one who benefits from Power gas is Foo with his royalty agreement. Let's face it, when we LTHs signed up to VOG years ago, we all thought our untold wealth would come, not from big power, but 60 to 100 big businesses paying a premium for an unbroken and quality product/ service.

Sorry if my post upset you. I have listened with interest and commented on many of your posts over the years. My skepticism relates only to posts following conversations with AB/JH et al. On the very rare occasions I have managed to speak to one of them, the first comment has been along the lines of " I trust this won't appear on any bulletin boards". Even then the information they are prepared to part with is sparse to say the least, and not really giving of anything I didn't already know. Whereas you seem to have almost a hotline to the board and seem to glean far more than they are prepared to give to the shareholders in general through various media, notwithstanding that they must be aware that anything they tell you will appear on this board. It may be you are in some way connected, or work in the city, perhaps as a fund manager, but why would they be so open with you knowing that every word would be printed? As regards JH, there is no evidence of animosity or bad blood between he and AB yet for AB to publicly diss JH would be bad form and could leave the company open to action. We are all anonymous here so I retain my right to a healthy skepticism from time to time, whilst not making any bold claims to fame. Best wishes.

If the JV is not having any changes made, why the delay. That's what your question was seeking to find out after all. Doesn't make sense. Frankly I find it hard to believe you even spoke to AB, especially regarding comments about JH.

Makes you wonder if that's why they are holding back on relisting. Maybe they expect SP to soar on relisting with JV in place and licence restored. That would make a mates rates placing of 3p look like a kick in the teeth to us poor LTHs.

I'm slowly coming round to the view that the patenting of the process is all smoke and mirrors. If the process is so good and is proprietary to BMR you would have thought that was one of the top priorities to be sorted, and yet 4 years on we have still heard nothing more on this. One can only assume that the process changes are so minor that they are not patentable. Anyhow, as a courtesy if nothing else, some sort of update on this should be provided to us.
