I don't buy that. They would have known long before now that a bigger plant was desirable and could have built plans and costings for it into the request for licence reinstatement. This shower just never fail to disappoint. Still at least the independent directors all think it's hunky dory!!

Why is it that we never get the full news from this lot that we want. Can kicked down the road again and time pressures introduced on construction with no guarantee the Zambians will play ball. Probably struggling to raise funds.

Looks to me as if the construction work has basically stood still for the last 12 months. I certainly hope that all the equipment procurement work they kept banging on about has been sorted so that the construction isn't delayed. Very tight timescales.
