We've already covered that one. Amit admitted at the AGM that the funds had all gone, some of them on cash flow.

Not being funny but shouldn't payments to a supplier be paid out of cash flow rather than by issue of shares?
If we are not able to cover suppliers payments then technically we are insolvent. I can't understand why we are in that position when a few years ago, we were operationally in profit on less scuffs than we are now on ignoring any big power which wasn't around then.
So just to be clear, we have just given away around 3.5% of our company to pay a supplier, something that wasn't mentioned just a week ago when the board was being grilled by worried investors. How long have we had this supplier debt? Has it become a bad debt or was it recent? Why can't we cover it out of cash flow?
And why oh why are we giving bonuses to certain unspecified staff when the company is not in a position to pay it's debts? Come on Kev let's have some answers please.

All you need do is take a screen print of your holdings page in your own investment account, redact it with a black felt tip pen to remove sensitive info, scan to your laptop and send by email to the investor group.

Just a thought if we do de-list. Presumably our share nominee companies (in my case HSBC) will disown us and we will have to apply for certificated shares. Any thoughts?

Is it possible to publish on here the handles of those who have confirmed their holdings? You don't need to include amounts, it's just useful to know. You have mentioned them individually as they have confirmed holdings, but it just saves us trawling back through many posts.

I partially covered my BMR bet a while back with JLP shares although only a third of the number held. Hopefully if JLP do swallow BMR, I will remain roughly the same dependant on SPs at the time.

It doesn't actually mean we are finished. Just that we become a private company not listed on any exchange. In reality that may still mean the beginning of the end, but hopefully we will get a half decent offer for our shares, presumably from Jubilee. Remember we still have the vote although it would by then be a frying pan and fire vote.

Re RNS. The fact that Ponzirelli has included that last line in the RNS about de-listing suggests to me that he has pretty much given up and happy to let us swing in the wind.
My initial respect for that geezer evaporated a long time ago. Jubilee have shown him up for what he is, at least in mining circles. ie useless.

Haven't read later posts yet so may be duplicating but the sentence regarding where companies wish to cancel their listing, is, IMHO, separate from the final sentence in your paragraph, which refers to companies already suspended and would suggest de-listing is automatic in that event.

Two things, 1) I assumed it meant they could at least start part of the build whilst still negotiating with various parties so as not to end up with a backlog of work which would impact on deadlines.
2) That one sentence in the RNS ("Our process development teams have been able to determine a more suitable process solution than the originally contemplated acid and brine solution for the extraction of the various metals at Kabwe") instantly confirms why after all these years our super propietary process has not been patented. Namely because it was all a load of unpatentable ******.

Just one point I don't recall reading on the posts since the AGM as regards the stuck perforating gun. Their resident expert said that they had got all the way down to the gun and retrieved some wiring (was it the guide wire or something?).
The cost was around £200,000 to remove it and they are working on a plan to retrieve the gun. He was insistent it WILL be retrieved but the cost will be much higher, possibly a couple of million. Don't recall who was going to pay for that. Presumably not Savannah though.

The point is though that the drilling is, in the main, behind us now and Kev has said no further drilling will be necessary in the near future. So we can either keep banging on about it and getting more frustrated, or move forward in the hope that better times will eventually come.
