I would suggest (IMHO only) now would be a good time to load up on JLP shares if you haven't already. I did a while back but not to the level of my BMR holding

I have been saying for many months that Bring is fooling everyone with his tales of cosy chats with Borelli, but other than by one or two on here, my doubts were largely ignored. As Owen Wilson says in the Sofology advert "My work is done". Not sure what he got out of it though, other than attention.

I actually think the NOMAD issue is done and dusted. Now it's RNS time and re-trading IMHO

I might be mis-interpreting the RNS but as said earlier, it came from FTSE not BMR. It merely states:
"Following the continued suspension and cancellation of trading on AIM for BMR Group (UK, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:"
If it relates to appointment of a NOMAD then I presume the announcement would have said that we are de-listed as of now. That it doesn't, suggests to me that a new NOMAD has been appointed and we will get an RNS about this and possibly other matters tomorrow.
The 7 August date in my understanding relates to the re-trading following voluntary suspension in February and is, I assume, some form of notice by FTSE that we will be de-listed on 7 August if we don't recommence trading.
Just my optimistic take on it. Haven't given up yet but still getting the old car repaired.

And it will continue until we know whether or not BMR will survive. At the moment I wouldn't place any bets on that knowing the way the useless BMR board have value destroyed the company. It almost seems as if there is a plan to bring the company to it's knees. With a half decent management in place, BMR would now be profitable, dividend paying and on larger companies' radars. It certainly wouldn't have given half of the company away for a song just so Borelli and co could keep their snouts in the trough a little longer.
I've now got a foot in both camps so hopefully hedged my bets, but at this time, I'm relying more on the long term success of JLP rather than BMR.

Just to let you know that Viginere has finally decided to abandon BMR LTHs to their despairing and desolate fate.

I have the dubious distinction of being an LTH in VOG which is another company which should be doing very well but is badly managed with strong misalignment of Board and shareholder interests.
An action group has now been formed and a number of members went to recent AGM to question the board on current problems. Group now has over 5% membership verified only by emailing a redacted shareholding page to the group.
It is hoped that eventually we can force an EGM. Only difference is I wonder if we are beyond that stage now with BMR.
