Aren't you glad we are a reclamation company and not a miner?
If we get anything at all back from this mess the drinks are on me. And I'm not normally known for my generosity in a bar.
This is just the latest phase on the way to oblivion. Take the company private and you can basically do want you want without having to keep pesky PIs informed.

Are you in an online share portfolio?
I am with HSBC InvestDirect and was recently advised that following recent VOG de-listing, they can no longer hold the shares in my ISA and will shortly be sending me a manual share certificate.
Same thing happened with BMR Mining a few years back although when they recently relisted as KEN, I was allowed to bring them back into my online portfolio.
Re "The JV agreement also allowed Bezant to put any new Cyprus project acquired or pegged by Caerus into the JV, thereby gaining a potential 80% interest. This clause left the Company with no incentive to expand its footprint in Cyprus. In addition, the terms of the processing contract between Caerus and Jubilee Metals Group were once again heavily biased towards Jubilee, and detrimental to any potential early cash flow to Caerus."
Obviously COP is a major factor but hitherto I did wonder whether part of the reason for depressed sp is the very successful previous stockpile negotiations. Maybe companies cottoned on to us
Re Unfortunately my average is a little higher.
Thanks BE. Sadly my average is also higher having bought at 100p before the madman invaded. Didn't have funds available at the bottom but happy to sit tight for long term growth and divs.
"Hadnt looked at share price in a few weeks and just seen the proposed share issue/funding round. Although its a shame to see a lower share price, at least doing a big round of funding rather than messing around with £1m or so at a time, means BEM may have the funds to actually get Kallak sorted."
Except that that's exactly what Budge said 2 years ago in the previous big raise. Just saying.
Good news indeed. As the current low SP is in no small part due to the effect of water problems on production, one might expect to see a bounce back today.
Trouble is we have yet another take up of low price warrants which highlights the main problem. Being 2.7bn shares in issue now.
Maddog re "Has anyone ever asked Colin what is the advantage of having lots of small projects in Zambia spread across his various companies ?"
Obvious. More opportunities for the team to award themselves bonuses and cheap share options.

ReIf we're looking for the next 'Dark Horse' I don't think this got the air time it deserved.
Insight from Jubilee Metals on potential Luasobe time scales, from 22nd November.
JM are moving to the north of Zambia at Mopani, a few miles down the road from Luansobe.
2 things of note; they can now produce copper from sulphides without smelting and, perhaps crucially for us, they will make a decision on the capacity for the concentrators by mid-January 2023, i.e. by then they will know the projected volume of fresh ore coming from Luansobe::
I know it's off topic but I love this fanatastic company. And we are so lucky to have Leon at the helm. I've made a shedload on JLP in recent years and most of my remaining shares are now free to me.
It just frustrates me to hell that every time I top up at a "bargain Price", the SP falls further.
Hoping the copper and cobalt will push us back up into the 20p's.
re. To be fair... that was the most confidence boosting message I've heard from Colin in the last year! Expecting a positive market reaction tomorrow. ;)
I would have been more hopeful if the tune had been sent via an RNS.
