That's 10 of the most recent 25 today - you must be obsessed with this company old bean.
Anyway, I'm glad you've finally accepted that, IF the reworks do as we hope, the CLN isn't a death spiral.
That's my hope - get ADL through to realising value on Colter's enhanced prospects off the back of the CLN.
They don't need it when Equinor sign up - and anyway, they've got 10 million to see through the FDP
Stephen Williams, Co-CEO of Reabold, commented:
"We are very pleased with the equity fundraise carried out by Corallian, representing a significant premium to the price at which Reabold made its investment. Our increased exposure to the Wessex Basin licences, which contain the Colter South Discovery, is a welcome addition that exemplifies the flexibility of the Reabold strategy."
It is commercial. ADL have 8%. There's more to come. Now where will that send ADL's SP come the time?
Unsurprisingly; no relation and also no misdirection at all - if annoyance with intransigence is emotional then yaarp, sign me up for that. BUT on first principles you have on this board
1/ a group of friendly well motivated folk, not unaware of the risks and some like me nursing 50 -70% losses on ADL's latest disappointment (at Colter) trying to discern if there's a chance of recovering our losses or whether to cut and run, whilst in the other corner we have
2/ An single intransigent relentlessly negative tw#t who just seems to enjoy ****ing on everyone else's chips with no discernable motive, to the point where he writes half of all posts most of the time, has no declared interest in either shares or a short and does not reason, just lambasts us in group 1. I kicked off because I could see he was just mocking one of the more regular sincere posters for the fun of it: No other motive at all. It's like if this chat room's a playground, he's the resident bully.
I hope that's not misdirected you...
2x - believe you're AKA Sweet Karolina on t'other board? Anyway, you've made your point over 20x now and it's you that's droning on not the rest of us.
3x - If you'd check histories before shooting your mouth off you'd probably at least have shot the wall with the target on it: Understand, my low fore-headed friend that I've said consistently that this share is undervalued - regardless of this fresh intake of promising workovers - due to no one taking account of a) owning 1.2 million (minimum) barrels of Colter, a place easy to extract from and likely to have Wytch Farm/UOG sniffing all round it. b) 8% of new licenses contiguous with aforesaid and the money to hold their end up til the fat lady sings. In which case it's a good place to be at this price.
Rereading my last reaction to 2x I was perhaps a tad harsh, but I just react badly to the stuck up lofty derision you lot who pretend to know it all inflict on us ordinary mortals. We have points AND THEY ARE VALID.
13 out of the last 25 messages? Really? ( and by the way, with such a great outlook on life, do try at least to enjoy your brief marriage - it will be brief.) It's like you want to starve people of the oxygen of hope, and the only question can be, WHY?
Is it that you want ADL to fail?
Is it that you just hate people with hope?
Or am I feeding some narcissistic obsession of yours by replying to some oik with an obvious agenda to do ADL down,
or worse still,
Is this all you are - do everyone down regardless: Just do them down? (Frankly, this is the worst one for me, and clinically for you too...)
Whatever, I know your agenda isn't as clean as you pretend because you've not once in the last 13 messages (can't be arsed to read anymore of your peculiar brew of fake espousing) posited a buy/sell position.
Go off and have a word with yourself please - come back tomorrow as an honest sort of chap eh?
Cheers
See Doubleup,Not being argumentative but, UK£500k is less than 3 months if the optimistic 150bopd happens + (they got the £500k too you know). Not sure what your point is here exactly but that's pretty usual...
Miker - he's being a tw#t, glad you didn't engage. For some wacky reason the guy -it will be an unmarried bloke - wants this to fail. Which is piteous frankly, a small aim stock down on it's uppers with one glimmer of hope, and all this (redacted) (redacted) creature can do is spend his clearly worthless time trying to goad people into selling.
Hmmm. What behaviour pattern does that remind me of....
Well I bought 2 million yesterday and another 1.5million in a single buy order today (all through Hargreaves Lansdown) and it was auto traded, as in it didn't kick me out and say I'd have to do a fill or kill or limit order manually?
First bought 6th Feb 2017. Figured it was a game for the patient types. Boy I wasn't wrong. Watched her drop like a rock (not from fractured basements either!) on me TWICE but every time I came to sell, I couldn't. I'm not in love with the share or anything - after this many years I've learnt that lesson, but I just believed the story My overall breakeven's at £195.25 per share so not a worthwhile investment, but if it goes to £3.50 as it should I'll be happy. Good luck to all LTH's.
Sorry folks - wrong. I've got 22,920,000 whatever that is !! I used the purchase prices not the value worst luck.
Just worked out I now hold 5.13% if the ADL MC is still at £1.67 mill.
Anyone know the process from here - guess I better get one of those (TR1 ?)forms filled in.
Anyway Miker - you're right, this is a bottom drawer long term hold for me: Well a couple of years anyway until Colter is resolved.
Boys please?! IF there is market sensitive news, RBD must RNS it
There is no RNS
Therefore there is no significant (market sensitive) problem
Simple as that
The more I think on this the more it seems that Simon has a fair strategy here -
I don't think he'd have started these works if unsure of at least a modicum of success.
Even moderate success keeps the whole ship afloat and starts to churn out reliable numbers.
Hopefully this and the £1.5 million facility off the back of these Betun/Selo works will pay ADL's way in
a/ Clarifying Colter's existing reserves currently set at 15 mmbo AND
b/ Also fund further 3D to locate more reserves off the back of the groups new licenses around Colter
So, come 12 -18 months from now we could have ADL very profitably engaged in Betun/ Selo and suddenly sat on 8% of say 30mmbo off Bournemouth! Just at £5 a barrel in the ground (and it's only a bit off dry land so that is a reasonable value) that's just over £90 million...
well, sitting on nearly 20 million of these and my wish for what the news might be is that they've shifted Colter, their most problematic asset.
Anyway, GLA!
Doubleup old bean, do you think a quick course of serotonin or endorphins of some such might help with this relentless negativity? And are you perchance sweetkarolina2 on the 'other' side? It strikes me that you display at the least a degree of intransigence.
1/ Re your question 'why not using existing contractors then?' Answer is they're obviously crap and got sacked of the job: Not the first time that's happened is it? So why couldn't you figure it out?
2/ Why won't you let Simon G establish his credentials for heaven's sake? After what he's been through do you honestly think he'd sign up if he wasn't confident of at least a passable result and at best a surprising one?
3/ What's so shocking about one closed in well in an area full of wells? Obviously though an expert's required for this sort of work. HANG ON! Oh yes, we've got an expert - our man Greg.
4/ When people with far bigger brains than me and you say Colter's commercial, why do you discount it completely
5/ 10 out of the last 25 posts are yours aren't they. I.e. You're on an agenda aren't you. Tscchh Doubleup, that's naughty.
Cheers
As of today 19.6 million. In fact my worry is that I've never been more certain of a share on the edge of a significant/ maybe massive surge upwards. This is re analysis, experience, management skills, and strong gut instinct. That can be when the sucker punch lands - but let's hope not!
Miker444 - I'm in the same boat but a bit less ballast - need to get to .425p for breakeven on 18,300.000. I fell into this one because the maths on Colter looked so compelling relative to the Market cap - and frankly as long as they can fund their end of it with the new licenses , it looks even better now).
Even on the most basic of valuations, 8% of 15 million barrels in such an easily accessible area off Bournemouth just at $30 net to ADL a barrel say. This produces $36 mill or roughly or 27 times our market cap.
(Our man from UOG said plainly that over 4 million was economic to extract don't forget.)
A mind boggling number if he sells out at $10 a barrel as proven reserves we have a gain in excess of 9 times our MC.
No wonder Simon's hanging on for grim death - if he can push us over that line he'll be a national hero as far as I'm concerned!
Now with this wizzy deal he's struck in Indonesia and funds he can use ' for whatever purpose' from it the pieces are falling into place for Colter to happen...
So, I'm hanging in there too, and if it works out I'll write a long letter of thanks from a rather delightful villa with open views of the sea, somewhere lovely in the Algarve.
Well the first 6 mil was me - and there would be another 7 mil from me too but somehow, whoever got the 13.43 and 13.46 trades at .17 must have bumped me as my bids still in from 11am for .17p!! May have to have words with HL....
Are we looking at this in a far too complex way perhaps.
On first principles it's looks like a lovely deal - as long as Greg does what he thinks he can.
Put it like this: If they just up each well's productivity by 20 bopd and it sells out net of cost/royalty/whatever at just $50 a barrel it'll net them (4 x 20 bopd) x 365 x $50.
That's (in UK£) approx 1.14 million. This is £200k over the company's market cap. And listening to the podcast it felt like Greg knew that the pumps just weren't set up right and he even hinted that one of them would likely exceed by a large margin it's current production rate.
