We can read into this article exactly the opposite of what Bluerill, redeyemines, sam249 and the currently absent Alaric have been spinning for two years.

If Fanning is suing them, it is reasonable to conclude the deal with Tri Asset Management is deader than a Dodo. Everything else posted is hearsay, as no evidence to support it can be provided.

How ironic that the troll sam245 instigated the research that brought this to our attention. However, as it is proven that Fanning consistently fails to keep his promise of informing stakeholders of notable events, we must thank sam.

As I suspected, the rumour was yet more hyperbole spouted by the one correctly re-named Sammuppet by his nemesis, afamefuna.

Could you post the link to the article, please? It is customary to do so to support your statements. The information I find is only about Fanning suing TRI.

So, why on earth would TRI suddenly become cooperative when they are being sued about a decision they made and have stuck to for nigh on two years?

This particular article mentions no other deals in the pipeline and no suggestion of what would be an extraordinary turnaround in faith by Tri Asset Management.

Thanks for confirming that the facts reported here by the more honest posters were true with regard to the ELI Akaso no longer being in the service of Energy Link. Facts reported on this board many months ago but denied by the usual team, Sam and the long gone Alaric. This is more evidence that goes towards proving what they have been up to.

What's your take on Bluerill's suggestion that San Leon may be re-listing in Dubai and the US? If this is even possible, considering that less than 25% of the company is held by the public, and the last closing price was considerably less than that needed to list in the USA. How do you think it would affect the current shareholder value? Perhaps he's referring to lesser markets that require less complience than AIM. This would not be good for shareholders.

Bluerill, is that the mysterious German bond that has a limited lifespan of 36 months, of which there are only 28 months left to use as security, the bond that was to be a done deal by end of June 2024, the bond we have heard nothing more about since first mooted, the bond to give hope after the previous three failed attempts to raise money, the bond that the City and the press seem not to understand and are eagerly awaiting to see how Oisin Fannings next big idea to save his lifestyle business is ever going to get off the ground.

No shareholder wants to hear about any more transformational deals; you sound like your boss, his 10 years of "transformational deals" have brought the share price to zero. Only shorters and the executive management team have benefited from this company.

Bluerill, nothing is imaginary about the de-listing, the lack of funding, or the fact that Fanning promised to keep us up to date but chooses not to do so.

I realise that it is difficult for those with so much hope to come to terms with the continuous failure of this company, but to adopt the tactics of countering with pointless statements and childish name-calling to avoid having to debate like an adult, is that your style, it is something we all expect from Sam’s every post, not you.

Even after your rhetoric, GetTheJobDone has the agreement of 12 readers. It's hard to discredit a post with such a large response, more so as it was his first.

Now delisted, Fanning is enjoying the freedom from all regulation, he has no statutory or legal requirements to publish anything. This is proven by absolute silence since delisting, and here is real proof: these would all warrant reporting before the de-listed of San Leon Energy.

It seems to me that he has now got his slippers on, drawing his pension in blissful retirement, certainly not taking SLE seriously anymore. Why bother? The gravy train has been derailed, I imagine his bank account to be healthy and his property portfolio to be worth millions. Shareholders seem unimportant.
