Even though the oil price has dropped , we should also be looking at the Pound weakest against the Dollar , it has dropped over 17% this year . We get paid in US Dollars . So in the lost we get in oil price we make up for in the devaluation in the pound. So GKP are making money in 2 ways . 1) with the high price of Oil compared to last year and 2) the devaluation of the pound . So i believe there will be more Dividends to follow , as this company is making large amount of profits.

In total agreement , with the 4% increase (at the moment) and with 1/2 year results 4 days away , where we will be told of either a 50 million or 75 million dividend coming I can see at least a 5-7 % increase tomorrow and by the time we get the dividend I expect the share price to be 300 . I also believe the share price will not drop much after the dividend and then difference will come back in a very short period of time due to strong oil prices and demand for the winter period .

I really do not understand us english are so negative . We have a company that is giving 26 % dividends this is based on the first 6 months we were taking in the low 20 million a month revenue , we are taking double that , so dividend are coming I would say another 50cent worth this year. We have also paid off over 100 million debt . With the way the war is going and sanction and the changes in people life style post covid oil is not going back to below 80 for some time . So they are going to make profit . With the Iraq issues they will not invest , so where does the money go as we have seen this year it will go to us . Now you could go with Exxon , Bp and get you 5-6 % dividend , but we closed to stay with Gkp . Sales over the last couple of days were down to me .sorry. Been with this for a long time . But after the last rns which was very impressive, it did not move . Lake of interest in this share , lack of promotion from the board in rns . The only way this share has survived is down to loyal share holders telling people what is going on .

I am very confused i assume most people thing this company is an Oil company as with the Brent dropping from 109 to 98 in the last week i could see why we have taken a drop in the share price .

But 85% of this company is Gas and that has gone the other direction from 5.775 to 6,532 in the last week ....

So this is a good time to take more stock onboard.

Based on the news going around and also current prices for oil and gas and the duration it will be at the price and with the dividend news only 3 weeks away ( which we all feel with the excess cash the company has could be a good one ) that is share will be around 450 - 500 by the time dividends is revealed.
