Seeing we have been told Saturday for oil to start , does anyone see any tankers heading to Ceyhan port.

With the contract finishing in sept what are your thought on what will happen and how will this effect gkp as a company , seeing the contract if finished will Iraq not bother with payments and push for a new deal .

Does anyone know is something happening . I cannot buy stock on Lloyd’s or trading 212.

Putup i would like to thank you for all you info over the last 2 years, but i have just sold up , i cannot see the 156 m coming are way and we all know how difficult that region is agreeing anything . So i have just sold my 200,000 shares in GKP .

AS GKP stated they have storage capacity for a few days , so there will be another RNS saying they have stopped production by Wednesday , so we will be hitting £1 a share . I came out and went back in , now i am out until we can get this sorted , and also we get are next payment ( that is another question i am unsure about , will we get millions that are owed to us , have the Kurds got the money to pay us ?) , over the last 3 weeks with Earthquakes, Banks and this i am down 25% , which i think is not bad .

I am a .01% share holder on this company so no i am not a scam person . It really get up my goat with people . Invested in the Covid period as i have been Working in Oil and Gas for over 30 years. GKP yes is a risky stock so made some money then lost as put in at 300 mark , but the dividends have brought me back on line. I believe oil prices will stay between 60-90 Dollars a barrel so there is a good 20-30 Dollar profit for GKP . I think no investment will take place, just the planning and when the Kurds and Iraq Government put pen to paper on agreement ( which will be this year ), GKP will sell to the Chinese / US . In the mean time there will be dividends . In 2 week there will be the 25 million and i think another 25 million now we have been paid . So i am using this stock for dividends and possible sale.

People ignore this guy , may have posted 120 posts but,do you know how much I have invested in this company no.

So the Kurds have started to charge us something like the wind fall tax then. It was only a matter of time that they would have wanted some of the profit what the oil companies are making . If we were registered in the UK we would have been paying more .

GENL has just been paid for Sept , so we should see an RNS in the next 24hrs and i believe a 50 million Dividend will be announced at the year end report at the end of March .

The news of the budget 2023 and also the talks going and need to be in place for the IMF funding , will mean we will get are payments and also with a more stable environment a chance to invest the profit to expand the oil production or be bought out by the Chinese. We also based on pass RNS should have another Div announcement in 4-5 weeks time ,So we should start to see good gains .

The Kurdistan Regional Government announces reaching an initial agreement with Baghdad on the draft budget law.

"The head of the Diwan of the Kurdistan Region Council of Ministers, Omid Sabah, announced on Sunday that a preliminary agreement had been reached with the federal government on a draft budget law for 2023.

Sabah said, in a statement received by Shafaq News agency, "The Kurdistan Regional Government delegation met today in Baghdad, with the Prime Minister of the federal government, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani."

He added, "After discussing the outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad, an initial agreement was reached on the Maronite draft law 2023," noting that "the atmosphere was positive between the two parties."

For two months, the Kurdish delegations have been making shuttle visits to Baghdad to negotiate outstanding issues between the center and the Kurdistan Region, during which they met with the parties concerned with the budget files, the oil and gas law, and the border crossings.

The KRG negotiating delegation returned to Erbil, last Tuesday, after it conducted a two-day visit to Baghdad with the aim of resolving the differences and outstanding issues between the two sides, regarding outstanding files, most notably the oil and gas law, and the 2023 budget.

And the Iraqi government revealed, two weeks ago, that the Ministry of Finance had begun to re-prepare the general budget for the year 2023 according to the new exchange rate (130) thousand dinars per 100 dollars."

Also agree with comment if agreement is done , the big boy will start to take the likes of Gkp and genl , so I believe price will start to rise on expectations of this plus dividends.

They are talking about 55-60 dollars a barrel.

I am interested what is the cost to Gkp per barrel anyone know that figure ?

Looking at last year flow of RNS, we should be getting in the next week or so announcement for the Year end results. This will depending on if we get any more payments . Will provide us with the EOY results plus i believe 50million Dividend payment on April . Again depending on payments being sorted they could do like they did last year and put in another 25-50 million payment for say June . This will keep the share price up . So based on my assumption we will be
stay at these low figure until the later end of March ( good time to collect more shares) , moving up to around the 230-240 by 2nd week of April , this will drop to around 200-205 until early June where it will rise again to 230.

I also believe based on this time last year and the company paid 50 million in feb In dividends based on around 25 million net a month .

That the average 45 million we are not getting due oil prices , that we will get a dividend payout before Christmas and also one in feb . Each one I feel will be 50 million.
