The provision of the domain licences constitutes a related party transaction for the purposes of AIM Rule 13. The directors of the Company, with the exception of Jason Drummond, having consulted with Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, the Company's nominated adviser, consider that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.

The WG management should sell some parts of the company to strengthen the balance sheet. They shouldn’t dilute share holders as they’ve suffered a great deal already
