Through one (possibly more) of their acquisitions they acquired software applications, so it could relate to that. I find it hard to believe this would cover the entire monetary value you mention, but it probably accounts for some.

Hi.... This may be a bit of a nieve question but I'll ask anyway... I've noticed the bid seems to drop to around 1.9p mark and then recovers back to around the 2p mark. Is this just the MMs trying to dissuade selling for a brief period?
The SP has significantly reversed its downward trajectory after announcing the offer for Restore, and having now withdrawn from making an offer. All power to small acquisitions and large SP increases :)
Politicians tend to do what is popular with the populace, therefore it stands to reason that applying these arbitrary policy changes, together with righteous subsidies is likely to be because an amount of the populace is in agreement with the goals, even ignoring that it will be good for those left behind years hence.
