I may be reading more in to the wording used, but haven't they just all but confirmed that they are evaluating it as an option (but no decision can be guaranteed to come from it)?
I'm only here as my partner is partaking in the companies SAYE scheme, and the first offering matures in August or September, so I'm sure there will be a number of very happy people with these events, although there may be higher number of sales during that period .
Haven't a clue what might be triggering it.
Historically MRL SP used to move like this when they were in the process of taking over a business, but I'm not sure that is the case this time.
Ok, gotcha. Thanks.
Thanks for feeding back.
If they could use it to pay down some of the debt, that would be my preference.
Is anyone with more knowledge than myself able to explain what MRL is doing regarding the below RNS and the "capital reduction of the Company's share premium account"?

Will it simply to aid liquidity???
It is a little confusing as debt provision was the identified financing to build the business, and if they remain on track (ahead) to achieve their stated goals it is a little confusing why the market has reacted so strongly (down 12 atm)?
"If the vote is YES the share price will go to 2p+."
I do not think it will reach 2p, in fact I feel it may sit a little below the 1.8p level purely on the Russia risk factor. Once the divi is paid out the SP may settle around 0.25p to 0.5p. Just my thoughts.
As much as he can, yes. You obviously don't believe that, which I find really strange?
The reason he can't (or is limited) is because other sovereign nations have made a decision to move away from the lunatic, so he cannot reconstruct the USSR because that is long gone. If there were no consequences would he overrun other non-NATO countries to to build the buffer? Absolutely, yes.
CFP...
"Putin wont stop there because he wants the old soviet union back....THERE IS SIMPLY NO EVIDENCE for that at all other than guesswork."
I decry responding like this but....LMFAO!!!!!
He is undertaking a 'military exercise' (not an invasion) in an area (not a sovereign nation) he believes belongs to Russia. He wrote a firking article about it.
Seriously, what more do people want?
"This is not about school dinner money.
Whether you class the russians as bullies or a country with one of the strongest military arsenals in the world is by the by imo.
Get the bravado and postering out the way and make a decision.....is it better to continue through pride and perhaps cause a catastrophe on a worldwide scale or accept the situation for what it is and negotiate the best outcome you can for your country and people.
Its a shocker of a situation for ukraine and russia are at fault but that does not mean to day that the onus is not on ukraine to resolve it."
Yes, history has consistently shown that placating the bully works really well for everyone.
I think it was a non-specific comment. In his world he is used to everything being priced in US$, I don't believe the reference was anything more or less than simply the utilisation of a reference/term he probably uses in every financial conversation (US$ as opposed to GBP).
Really confused this morning, doing my morning catch, thought I'd somehow tuned in to RT!
Can't be bothered to trawl back through to find the post, but someone actually posted...."Would have been better if they had stayed neutral"... Yeah, good little lap dog, you do what you are told. Let's simply forget they are a sovereign nation and perhaps the reason why they, as a nation, are keen to move closer to the west. Perhaps Putin is just misunderstood?
