Let’s slow this right down.

A few opportunistic buys on a 3.2bn share structure does not mean “something brewing”. It means volume chasing on a microscopic market cap. When a few thousand pounds can move the price 15–20%, that’s not confirmation ……..that’s fragility.

As for the RTO masterclass above, it reads nicely but ignores one inconvenient thing: track record.

Five plus years. Multiple “advanced discussions”. Multiple placings. Billions of shares issued. Zero delivery.

I have a surprise for you!!! ....FCA scrutiny didn’t suddenly start last year……..and it certainly doesn’t stop companies repeatedly trying and repeatedly failing.

Quoting hypothetical £30m valuations and past RTO experiences doesn’t make them applicable here.

Spartac, short answer yes I have thought about selling a few times and I’ve actually had chances in the last six months or so where I could have exited in profit. Nothing life changing but enough to buy a nice second hand car or equivalent.

But after waiting this long, walking away with a few thousand just doesn’t make sense to me. It would feel like waiting years for a marathon and then leaving at mile 24 for a free bottle of water.

I’m here for either the motherload or I’m prepared to watch it go pop. In the bigger picture of my overall portfolio, this is still a small speculative play for me and I’m fortunate enough to treat it that way.

So no drama, no desperation, no “must win”. It’s simply go big or go home now. And strangely, that makes it quite easy to hold.

Optics, fair play…..you actually sound like a decent chap, so apologies for taking the mick with your handle earlier.

And yes, ALRT was a monster move , no denying it. But that’s exactly my point. For every Cassel - ALRT, there are dozens of shells that never go anywhere, yet they all get talked about as if they’re the next miracle.

Easy, I’ll be genuinely pleased. I’m invested here too. If they finally deliver something real from the horse’s mouth, I’ll happily hold my hands up and say “they proved me wrong.” I’m not rooting for failure I’m rooting for evidence.

That logic makes every empty shell “the next ALRT” and we both know that simply isn’t how AIM works.

So yes, it could turn around. Of course it could, but right now, COR is still a company with, five plus years of RTO talk, billions of shares issued, and zero completed deal..........That’s not bitterness ….. that’s the current scoreboard.

If COR pulls off something real, I’ll celebrate it with everyone else.

Until then, I’ll keep laughing at the idea that hope alone is a strategy ….. and that this one must succeed just because another once did.

When a company has five years of missed targets, repeated RTO claims, constant dilution, and no executed transaction, that isn’t “the past”...... it’s the only operating record available.

If management, strategy, and behaviour haven’t changed, then the most rational baseline is their track record!!

You wouldn’t ignore five years of losses from a football team and bet your house because “next season could be different.”

You wouldn’t hire a builder who failed 20 projects and say “well, past work doesn’t matter.”

The phrase only works when something fundamental has changed........Here, nothing has ... except the share count.

So yes, the future is uncertain, but the burden of proof lies with those claiming a turnaround, not with those pointing to the evidence on record.

Johnnyy, telling someone to “leave” because they question management is peak small cap comedy. In the real world, when leadership fails to deliver, shareholders do call for change. It happens at FTSE giants, global banks, and billion-pound firms. If you can’t steer the ship, you’re replaced.

That’s not negativity numpty, that’s accountability. Blind loyalty isn’t confidence, it’s denial.

And Optics15… what a name. With that level of “vision,” you might want to rebrand as Opticianx15 and book an urgent eye test.

This company has diluted itself into the ground, missed RTO after RTO, and raised cash on repeat with nothing to show for it.......and yet you see a “good chance” because the market cap is small? That’s not opportunity, that’s the result of five years of failure.

A low market cap doesn’t mean upside ......... it often means the market has already passed judgement!!!!

This company has spent half a decade going..... nowhere!!...... while issuing billions of shares!!!!!!!!!!

Empty shells don’t stay empty forever’… that’s a nice slogan, but it’s not how reality works. In fact, most shells do stay empty forever, or quietly disappear after years of promises and placings.

The graveyard of failed shells is far bigger than the handful that ever find a successful RTO. History shows the majority end in dilution, suspension, or delisting, not in ‘something major’.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see Peel Hunt has topped their holding back up, but only just.

Their holding increased back above 10%.

New holding: 317,972,000 shares so 10.099517%

In September 2025 RNS (26 Sep 2025) peel hunt disposed of shares and their holding dropped from 11.01% to below 10%...and has now moved back above 10%, sitting at 10.0995% as of 7 Jan 2026.
