A Company having co-CEOās which inherently leads to lack of ultimate accountability / responsibility for performance should tell you all you need to know here.
Just done a bit of historical checking and if you compare with 2021 final results, the cash position at 30th June 2021 was 2.6 million, which by coincidence matches pretty much exactly with their cash position as at today. They then went on to do a placing just a few months later in Sept 2021. So if history were to repeat itself then the next placing could be coming very soonā¦..
Based on current 0.4 mIllion/month burn rate if you are a pessimist regarding 2023 sales then they will likely be on cash fumes by 2nd quarter (thatās just around corner once Christmas/NY holiday is out of the way) and then arranging financing. If you are an optimist regarding 2023 sales then they could drag out their cash position sufficiently to defer financing until 2nd half 2023.
However, itās noteworthy that Companies who have funding issues coming up within the next calendar year are becoming acutely aware of the rapidly deteriorating overall market conditions as world enters recession and are generally looking to secure survival funds sooner (while they still can) rather than risk waiting until later (when they may not be able to obtain).
@manlordā¦ā¦appreciate you posting the recent Crux investor interview, as that had escaped my radar.
Itās really good to see Shaun being interviewed by Matt who is well known for giving a good grilling. Most junior explorer bosses would run a mile from this type of interview and like to just stick with the simple soft 5 minute PR news jobs done with the likes of Proactive etc.
I think Shaun comes across very well here. He seems to talk straight with knowledge and no BS. Strangely enough he reminds me quite a lot of his namesake who is the boss of another rather well known Australian based gold/copper explorer (not so junior these days) that trades on AIM.
I think we are in safe and well aligned with shareholders hands.
Gaussin looks to be an interesting Company with significant growth potential. Corporate video available on their website.
Wonder if RGO are using the funds recently returned by Deepverge towards making their timely investment here.

@Nigeldeanā¦ā¦Either you didnāt properly understand the tailings storage facility wall breach press release information before making your inaccurate āflood in mineā statement (The news release as per link below clearly states āThe flooding is away from the pitā¦..ā) or worse still you did understand it and are over dramatising the incident to peddle your unsubstantiated theory regarding PDL going private to deliberately try to de-ramp on the bulletin board to try influence a cheaper SP buy-in for yourself. Poor form either way fella.
I also notice you are being tag team aided by @itsaponzi who has lots of previous weak de-ramping form on here (reminds me of good ole carrotsā¦.LOL) who is unfortunately back again posting after saying not so long ago (post dated 29th October 08.32) that he had sold out and would therefore be no longer posting here. I guess couldnāt resist coming back to gloat, and again itās poor form to be doing so.

Reminder of this tweet from back on 27th Sept. It was Orosur first mention of Niobium.
https://twitter.com/OrosurM/status/1574710553318244354
Since then I have been on the lookout for recent published data regarding Niobium. As such I have just stumbled across an Australia based Company (WA1 Resources) who are pursuing a Niobium focused deposit in their country. They have a good presentation slide show on their website and I thought it worth sharing it here in link below as it gives some good background info about Niobium including uses, price, etc (refer to slides 9 and 10 in particular).

I hope we shortly hear more from Orosur about their Brazil asset and particularly for the Niobium aspect that was previously tweeted but has not as yet been RNSād.
EEE are well fundedā¦refer slide 13.

Here is the impressive slide show.

Today TR-1 issued as per below link from PDL website (not showing on LSE like all other RNS in recent months):
http://ir.q4europe.com/Tools/newsArticleHTML.aspx?solutionID=3144&customerKey=PetraDiamonds&storyID=15598262
Notice there is no mention of the Brazil asset in this RNS despite knowing from last monthās Orosur tweet that exploration activities had started there. Would therefore be reasonable to expect in the near future a standalone RNS giving the Brazil asset status update, for which the news could be what warrants for it to be a separate publicationā¦ā¦.potentially interesting.
Yes Richieā¦.ore sorting for Coringa is being very actively investigated for implementation. Serabi recently did successful ore sorting trials of Coringa ore via trucking of Coringa mined material to their nearby similar Palito facility and passing it through its ore sorting and processing plant.
IMO itās a major advantage / de-risking aspect for Serabi that whilst developing the Coringa mine/plant, they can have benefit of this ongoing local support from their similar established Palito mine/plant facility with itās experienced resources.
Here is the link to the June RNS that mentions the successful Coringa ore sorting trials:

Just spotted this Pluto Digital related news today. Probably gets an RNS imminently on the ARB, RGO and PIRI tickers.

Not actively followed this Company since the Starcom days but the current oversold looking SP has peeked my interest. Can anyone who has kept abreast of the Company set-up please provide a summary of whatās happened to the other historical strings that they previously had to their bow over and above the logistics related sector that is now their primary focus. I recall them having some interesting items such as:-
- agricultural crop related performance monitoring components
- electric (zero brand) motorcycle performance monitoring components
- emergency public usage containerised defibrillator devices
- other ?
When they did Trac name change and pursued the logistics sector focus, did these items get:-
- sold off
- remain active in their portfolio
- currently dormant
- unknown by shareholders
- other outcomes
Thx
The entitlement as per RNS is 3 open offer shares for every 365 shares you own.
So it amounts to just under 1% of whatever your holding.
@Davey50ā¦ā¦..can you please let your personal vendetta play out somewhere else such as on the TGR board. I think I can speak for most here and say we have heard enough of you relentlessly ****ging off another poster on this EEE board all morning.
To be fair to EoA who is by no means perfect with his posting style (for which most of us who have been around the block on LSE are well aware and we take it with a pinch of salt), it is noteworthy that he has been respectful and not said any negative commentary about TGR from what I can see either on here or over on the TGR board during this morning. It seems you want to be Sherlock and deduce he sold out of TGR this morning to move in here on EEE and have been the one who has made a big thing of it by posting what you believe were his TGR buy/sell trades and created the related negativity about TGR.
If you had instead been smart and followed EoAās buying approach this morning you would also be well in the blue on EEE and have avoided spreading negativity regarding TGR.
Please learn the lesson for future and kindly move on (or even better join us and invest in EEE as it still likely has plenty of legs as highlighted by many posters on here today).
The Serabi RNS gets discussed from 2 mins 11 secā¦..seems to be reasonably positive views.

@Blantyreboyā¦.I was thinking the same thing.
There are plenty of small cap explorers (including in Australia such as ECR and EEE) who have hit some bonanza grade gold at circa 50 g/t with their drilling, but their problem has been the associated relatively narrow intercept lengths.
You need the full combination of length, grade, area footprint, depth, geology and geography to fall acceptably into place (as is the case with GGP) to make it commercially viable to extract. Itās why so few mines get built versus all the worldwide exploration tenements.
Anyway, I will watch and wait for the assay results here with interest.
