Make no mistake, currenet high energy prices are the new normal. They may fluctuate but there's little chance of them going down. Energy suppliers are likely to keep rolling in money for the foreseeable future IMO.

Revenue has risen fivefold to £578m since 2019. Profitability has also improved, with operating profit rising from £3.5m in 2021 to £47m over the 12 months to 30 June 2024. Full year 2024 is likely to be around £640m. EPS likely to be aound £2 per share. Dividend is likely to increased by around 50% from 2023 level.

Yu is still run by its founder and 51% shareholder Bobby Kalar. I believe Kalar’s twin role as CEO and major shareholder means he’s likely to maintain tight financial discipline. GLA

Ther's more chance of energy prices going up than down according to a lot of energy experts.

Gas prices last year at this time were around 65p per therm. The price went up to 105p and has dropped to under £1. These are usual flutuations but the the trend is upward. No chance energy prices going back to pre 2022 level IMO.

This year's eye-catcher should be the net asset value, which is forecast to more than double from tha last year. It was only 4.5m at the end of 2020 but by the end of 2024 it's forecast to have grown to around 135m. Dividend will be another, just 3p in 2022 to around 60p for 2024. GLA

Energy prices in the UK must remain high to subsidise the reneable producers. No chance of them going down in the foreseeale future.

Most of the electricity in the UK is produced from gas, wind and solar. If gas price goes up elctricity price goes up too. All investors know that apart from the time wasters.
