I'd take todays statement as a second profit waning.

Insiders uaually smell the problem well in advance in many cases. Still a good company IMO.

Greg did sell around 900,000 shares earlier this year in January.

Or take it private at cheap if the ITR for AIM is removed in the budget?

If the management wants to take it private, it'll be in their interest that share price stays low. We'll have to wait for the budget to see what changes they make to inheritance tax for the AIM companies.

Yu 's water business may not have any significance now but there's no reason they can't become significant in the future.

Britain's big water firms are drowning in sea of debt. They have racked up more than £60 billion in debt in the three decades since privatisation.

A good opportunity for Yu to expand their water business.

Last year at AGM their guidance for the full year was £480m to £520m. It came out to be £530m, so their guidance at this stage is usually good. I'm hoping for around £600m for the current year. GLA

AGM to be held at 9:30am on Thursday this week. A trading update is likely on the same day.

All depends on their forecast for the next year and the dividend payment. Last year they only paid 3p at this stage, if it's increased dramatically the sentiment should change.
