One thing for sure now, is that The bod’s salaries will be scrutinised at the next vote, with these extended paper losses.
To many promises, targets, plans have been missed & poor comms scattered out to warrant these kinds of director 6 figure salaries, from a start up, with their heads still barely above water.
There is zero shareholder value/confidence to even consider anything near what they are drawing. And this has to immediately be stopped.
The other questions now have to be asked about the relationship between the board, TM1 & RG1, as we have to much conflict, and this is no doubt being closely watched by all. RG1 need to pay back TM1, as TM1 are currently the poor brother, and investors didn’t sign up to this complicated poorly executed plan.
Also an explanation on the blatant ramping of Tipton and the near immediate closure of it, after obtaining the anticipated licenses, with zero news post closure, on how the plant commissioning even went, well why not ? Where is the plant from Brazil ? How did it go ? And why didn’t this plant restart in Q2 as Rns’d ?
All the above is IMHO. And as a heavy investor myself, I am closely watching every move now.
And rightly so.
