dactions, glad you thought it was worth watching. From a general functional health/gut microbe perspective I am hoping that the growing momentum and consumer awareness in this field will greatly benefit Opti over the next couple of years. Still under the radar at the moment, but hopefully not for too much longer. Figures like the reductions in chocolate sales that Elrico posted the other day are early signs of consumers starting to change their habits. The low carb high fat mantra for diabetes related is gaining traction as well.
Video only available for another 12 hours to watch. Not Opti related but good background into gut microbes and impact on brain health http://event.awakeningfromalzheimers.com/episode-12t/

From Opti 2016 RNS - it's the same person OptiBiotix Health Plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes and skin care, announces the appointment of Luis Gosalbez as Director of Business Development, effective immediately. Luis will join the senior management team and whilst this is not the main board (PLC), Luis may take on a board position within OptiBiotix's divisional structure as these develop into separate legal entities, as announced in OptiBiotix's strategy update on 5 July 2016.

Risky, they best not realise cash from the sbtx shares. Opti are supposed to be giving some of those shares to me at some point!
I'm not disputing discussions/negotiations are taking place. I just don't believe it's a done deal. Thank you for taking the time to dig all of that information out.
I have genuinely missed that RNS. When was it? I can't see it when looking down the RNS list.
From my perspective a deal can not have been done, as it has not been RNS'd.
Thanks. Not a will then, but a might. But sounds an exciting possibility.
Elrico, is that a will or might include Opti products? Surely if it is a will then it should have been RNS'd.
Primal, that's a very positive quote from SoH, but he refers to 'potential revenue from this deal alone'. An mou is not a deal, hence the market reaction. Only a matter of time though for those that have confidence. Fully agree with you on the wolf antics.
A couple of other companies in the U.K. are dddd and sbtx
Primal, personally I do not count either of those sales as European sales resultant from Vitafoods. One contractual relationship was pre vita (despite re-order post vita) and the other is not European. Regardless, the market appears fed up with the lack of visibility of revenue. I'm sure SoH will have many contracts to come, but until they arrive then, as this is such a PI held stock, then these swings will continue.
Primal, you are absolutely right that more patience is needed. But aim is the wrong place to be listed for investors with patience. I also think that it is not unreasonable to have expected a European sales contract from Vitafoods by now. Or heard something from Nutrilinea. As an aside, I also remember very well the strategic alliance with Venture Life being announced way back in June 2015 which to date has not lead to anything, although as per my post yesterday, I am hopeful for something soon. Or in the near future to use one if SoH's favourite phrases. Hopefully, buy the end of October, sales announcements will have arrived.
Yes, another RNS. But I am getting frustrated it is yet another without sales.
Stephen O’Hara, OptiBiotix CEO, said: "OptiBiotix is making huge strides in the advancement of health-focused technology products, making the benefits of microbiome science commercially available. The SupplySide West show will be an ideal platform for sharing this progression with the industry, and will see the US launch of LPLDL. "Delegates will experience how everything we offer is underpinned entirely by science and based on human trials, allowing us to deliver superior white label food supplement solutions for a host of customer needs." https://www.nutraceuticalbusinessreview.com/news/article_page/OptiBiotix_to_showcase_pioneering_health_products_at_SupplySide_West/133599
Tweeted about Venture Life Group yesterday after the tip in the mail. Now why would he do that? Contract soon?
