Surely with that amount of experience you must acknowledge the massive all asset class bubble we are currently experiencing?

Short answer is, of course, I don't know but I can make a reasonably well informed guess on a r/r basis. And the market upside, in general, now looks extremely limited.

As to your second question, and again, no offence intended, I refer you to my previous post ;-)

Drops close to 900 pts, long predicted double top, bond returns up. Anyone trading in 2007 knows what is going to happen next and it's not pretty. Personally I'm dumping the few long positions I have left over the next few days, the 10 yr bull market is over.

None of them, I pulled up charts for Newmont and Goldcorp the other day when I was having a 'discussiion' with someone...on OMI and they've all underperformed the market by a country mile since 2008.

But shorter tern, quickish bounce, those two did ok, Barrack/Rand has got to be a decent one with some efficiencies of scale there ??

Not yet m8, but housing is usually a good indicator, 2008 sites shut overnight the whole thing went paralysed. I'm not saying the credit will dry up which was what caused that but it's still a worry.
