What else could they be secured against, personal guarantee by the board, doubt it. Doesn't it seem likely they've been spooked by the YA debacle and are exercising their contractual rights to call in their loan. Doesn't the endlessly vague language in the RNSs bother you guys at all ?

Hi mp, you need to appreciate my grasp of the minutiae of frrs fundamental performance is extremely limited. I may well, probably, come across as a negative pain in the ass but do we know where that oil came from and more importantly even if there is some cash flow now, there's still probably not much left in the kitty and frr is facing two major legal contests one of which attempted to seize the underlying assets as security for a debt/ cln.

Imo the latter risk may well trump the potential reward of a farm in/jv because although any deal with a major will undoubtedly increase value for shareholders a little it will, again Imo, be a mugger mugger deal.

I'm not asking you for a tenner but you're quite happy to collectively put millions into frr. Anyway, the musical interlude was just a laugh, jeez ;-)

Pecten, kefi gone, pretty shit investment but traded it flat. Another company that destroys shareholder value and takes forever to produce little but more shares. R/r probably similar to frr, but I think the market is stuffed so all in cash now.

With respect, check out the charts for Goldcorp and Newmont from 2007/8/9, from memory they crashed with the market albeit they recovered more rapidly then underperformed the market dramatically for the majority of this bull market

I've reduced my holding to practically zero, wider market is shortly going into severe correction mode imo. and this will put the whole programme in some jeopardy. All in cash and short the indices if and when.

As a non producer I don't see Kefi as a longer term hedge and anyway I'd rather be in cash atm. GLA
