When you do a manual job you take a level if fitness for granted and I've never really needed any extra exercise so I tend towards the couch tatty too given half a chance.

The idea was to do myself some good, get a bit of decent exercise and fresh air but mostly realised just how buggered I truly am :-)
Still enjoying it though, three of us 165 years between us still chucking stone about

The right angle of the trend change to me is bearish, see it quite a lot on the Dow. If it continues to compress in to that triangle and the 12ma, red dotty wriggly, crosses the 20ma (it's right on it now) then I can see a drop to 170.00 before a bounce for an inv. H&S

But I haven't been watching it that carefully lately

Damo, the chart is entirely objective it's ones subjective analysis wherein the difficulties lie.

My opinion fwiw is it needs to bounce hard tomorrow and break 214 to maintain the uptrend.

But, it's summer and everyone is in St. Tropez so volumes and the requirement for sun tans could just see sideways yawn where a trend break means naff all....

There is a good possibility Odey are going to zero, Lanstead are getting bumped early so are shifting at any price here or placees are flipping for no profit (unlikely). Assuming (ahem) the first then although the pain will be protracted it will eventually end. Lanstead are getting their jotters next month (great deal Arry) and Odey can stunt any rise selling their position into it. Bloody depressed now.
