Apologies my understanding of naked shorting seems at odds with the definition.

Mp, naked shorting isn't illegal, just inadvisable, it's forward selling that is supposed to be a no no but without it the bucket shops couldn't operate and an important supply of commercial loans to cash strapped cos would dry up and they would go down the pan so a blind eye is almost always turned.

I can't remember a company calling a commercial loan provider out like this before in an RNS but I stand to be corrected

Without wishing to be more of a pain than usual, it may me wise to exercise a little caution with taking what FRR have said as entirely gospel. There may be more to it than meets the eye and they're not really held up as a model of probity and clarity even within AIM.

With a bit of a tweek and one eye a bit closed I can make a case for a compression of the bull pennant variety but you gonna need volume and holding above 8.0 otherwise mid 6's....nice breakout on volume you'd hope would see you well past the latest high at 13...….hope that helps a bit
