That was a ramp and a half even in today's forums! Let's not worry about the potential value of the parcel of diamonds even though there was a rough estimate put against them before they were locked away or the current suggestion by the CEO in respect to value compared to other projects in the portfolio.

A bit of realism would be nice to see. Plenty of potential here but Vast first need to sort out their finances which frankly have been a mess for years. Going from one project to another to entice fresh new PIs to buy these II placement shares. It could come good but extremely risky until new finance confirmed (likely significant dilution to existing shareholders) or if diamonds actually handed back. Question is after costs, government taxes reinvestment in Zimbabwe whether there will be enough money to pay back debt and/or sufficient money to invest in projects to make them profitable. The answer is know one knows currently and I expect that includes AP.

A loss making asset. Reduced staff by half as even after ramping up production unable to break even. Now all about controlling losses.

Finance a serious concern as defaulted on repayment of previous loans as well as current loans. Which serious finance lender will lend to Vast, hence the continous share placements to keep company afloat.

No signs of diamonds even after high court order. Lots of talk to help with placement but no substance to date. Even had an agreement in place for a mining concession agreed in 2019 but no one to put a signature to it! Tells you all you need to know about how serious Zimbabwe is with dealing with Vast.

Yeap any LTHs are likely to be diluted to oblivion based upon current market cap. Who would want to invest in Vast with its track record to date unless you have a controlling interest and can start dictating terms. Otherwise current BoD will screw you over.

There are serious concerns around BoD management and them knowing facts on production, costs etc. A lot of these are unknown to us investors until R&A issued. In addition there are real issues around finance and them knowing money is not forthcoming. To get to finance payment date without finance agreed (Atlas repayment)is not a new thing for Vast which is even more disappointing to be where we are. It's not as thought they need tens of millions to settle debt! Problem is BP has not been a viable mine to date and raising finance against is not possible. Missing repayment to Alpha makes it even harder to raise finance going forward.

We are looking at another consolidation unless some type of issue at 0.1 with a free share or something similar. Expecting some pain.

Unfortunately it's more likely BP needs more money invested in it. Unlikely third party will put in an enforcement order until BP fortunes are turned around. Until then shareholders will continue to pick up the bill. Hoping I'm wrong but that's how I'm reading this.

Survival will only be secured if vanadium price recovers. Currently well below average price so there's expectation it should do so. Chinese initiatives should also assist longer term provided company can weather the short term storm.

The Company has already warned that there are no guarantees on Swiss finance and if it doesn't arrive alternative finance will need to be arranged.

If you don't value your money I'd agree. I have traded this company for years. Some profitably and others at a loss.

What I can say for the past number of years Trolls have generally called this right. Graphs don't lie and long trend is clear to see. The only way this changes is with BoD following through on their words and actually showing profits being made. To date Vast have been found wanting and having needed to raise money to keep the lights on. Something which AP has acknowledged in recent investor updates.

ASI, not sure Alpha can request a wind up order as you call it. As i recall, Security is secured against third party property for Alpha and not directly against Vast.

Unfortunately if you had been here for some time you will know Vast has done this many times in respect to announcing projects without finance being agreed.

He's always had a good percentage. Been topping up since dilutions to reduce his average as unfortunately under water as are many LTHs. Will get a kick in the teeth if there is another equity placement as has been the case for past few months, years. New projects to keep the gravy train running.

Would be nice to actually see some actual free cash flow rather than jam tomorrow as has been the case for years and years!

I'm hoping the delay is because they are looking at least a couple of finance options in view of time mine has been up and running, cost reductions (proposed) and drilling results to date confirming longevity of mine.

Of course on the negative side you could say Swiss finance hasn't materialised and AP and Co are desperately seeking alternative finance before deadline.

Unfortunately as shareholders we have no idea and it's all speculation. With Vast track record more likely to be negative but there's a small chance mine has/is being turned around and finance company now interested and hence delay in news. Times ticking by and the longer it goes on less chance of a deal as will run over deadline, not that's made a difference in the past!

The problem is BoD reputations are shot. They have been in similar positions numerous times where they have taken an existing mine and try to make it profitable. Failed to do so in Zinbabwe, or at Maniala mine in Romania or BP to date after numerous promises. Also tried to take on other projects but failed to get off the ground.

The question is can they find another person/company to finance their plans?

They even went back to shareholders for capacity to raise finance via placements but instead used it to continue paying their wages. It's a sorry state of affairs but let's see how it plays out and whether AP us able to spin the wheel another time!

i took a gamble when it was below nominal value and will let it ride. fully expecting to lose the lot but with vast bod they normally cobble something together. still think this is a pile of **** but even a cobbled together deal could make this go up a bag. purely a bit of fun as i have traded this company for years.

Current BoD unable even to get hands on diamonds they legally mined years ago. Do you really think there will be any progress on Chiadzwa Community Concession whilst this is outstanding!

Whose going to finance these operations considering track record in Zimbabwe or Romania for that matter.

Look at the facts and what BoD have actually accomplished to date.

Unfortunately there is no new information. Costings, forecasts all out of date. First tranche of finance supposed to be arriving shortly and it's been over three months. Looking like it's not going to arrive and therefore Vast need to scramble around and find alternative source of funding otherwise the third party security likely to be enforced. If this does happen will be a real kick in the teeth for that supporter of Vast.

Vast BoD have gone from one fiasco loan (Atlas) to another Alpha. Never been able to pay back loans in an orderly manner or arrange finance in any timescales expected. You can see why there is panic with shareholders.
