Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
The leader did not remove you originally, I did. This was because you wernt prepared to debate the issue initially but dictate how a grouo call should be made. Your tone of messages was offensive to some members and I wanted to maintain the unity of the group. I believe you could have contributed to the group but unfortunately it was not to be.
I wish you all the best.
Just adding to the list of delays. I find it unbelievable the company only found out about this a month prior to accounts being due.
I wasn't replying to you Pdub. I was talking generally in respect to price predictions. I think you wrote, 'I expected a better performance than that with FM in control.' This indicates your view on SP in excess of 5p with FM in charge. The past three years have shown any price prediction with FM in charge has to be taken with a high deal of scepticism unless it's a downward trend.
Hopefully FM has spent the 10s millions in the right places and the new CEO can bring some relief to long suffering shareholders. I see a real opportunity here but the company needs focused leadership with realistic aims and timescales. If this can be achieved then we could see multiple of current SP but first and foremost the current malaise needs to be addressed.
During FM tenure the SP has seen a dramatic high SP of approximately 50p. This was due to a shortage of supply and projects in place. For the past three years what we have seen is a general downward trend in the SP in view of missed targets and lack of clarity/transparency in operations.
To state with FM in charge SP would be 5p by the end of year is misleading. If it was an Orion requirement that he had to go (?) and funds could not be raised elsewhere we could be looking at a large dilution to existing shareholders and hence a lower SP especially if Vanadium prices do drop. More likely we would have seen a continued decline in SP as this has been medium -long term trend with FM in charge.
There has been 10s millions spent on upgrades development without any corresponding increase in SP. Generally the market is forward looking but this has not been the case here. A change was needed before it was too late. There is not much room for manoeuvre currently.
Its possible there may have been a few sells today but considering the trade at 2.54 for 22,500 was actually a buy I would think most trades today would have been buys. Also possible the reported buy for 226,000 shares may have been a sale in view of price drop. The volume is extremely low currently so I just think theres very little interest in Goldstone. BoD don't follow up on previous RNS and have not delivered on expectations for 2022. Not a great story for those interested in investing in a gold miner. Plenty of other miners out there who have good comms.
Even so I bought a few today because I think this could be a good buy if they can sort out agglomeration methods to resolve and improve recovery. Would be good to get confirmation of likely production target and whether it will be more or less than 20,000 oz gold. They have been at 65% recovery for approximately 9 months in 2022 and hope this has now improved. If not to come out and confirm 65% is the minimum standard going forward and how this impacts projected targets.
Just a ouple of years ago Goldstone was looking at a production target of 50,000 oz per year. This looks a long way off but hopefully we will all be surprised with a good uplift on last year's production.
Thanks Strummer. Currently it's just a waiting game to see how this plays out. All depends on whose interested in buying a billion lb copper mine. Comes down to the data room and what they actually disclose. Will be interesting if costs are where we expect them to be and previous announcements on C1 costs.
Not looking forward to next few months but thankful to everyone in RIG who are realistic but trying their best to add value. If nothing else at least we are there to support each other, even if it's a total right off.
By 'we' I mean RMM. Currently I'm still a shareholder but who knows in the future!
From Newgen perspective it could be good if one of the gold royalty firms were looking to put the company into administration to recover debt or it may run against their wishes. We just don't know.
Once mine is running again at least there will be revenue unlike last week where mining was halted.
Once again nail biting times.
DIP financing lenders are given first priority on assets in case of the company's Liquidation. This loan repayment will take precedence over Newgen Loan. Fairly safe investment in view of RMM assets. Most likely end result is takeover of Rambler for peanuts leaving shareholders with nothing. Even so a lot of work has been undertaken to get the mine up and running again so there's hope. It could have been curtains today but we are still hopefully mining again full steam tomorrow
I'm expecting a significant dilution following any share placement or CLN offered in respect to renegotiated loan. Its still a better route than administration as wouldn't have expected anything back.
The question is how big a placement is required to refinance and will existing PI shareholders be allowed to participate. Hopefully we can keep the pressure on without which I would have expected Rambler to be in administration now.
I think the $5m was put together hastily to reconsider their position.
Strummer not sure if you are referring to messages yesterday and the slightly embarrassing messages sent back and forth. I'm generally not interested in getting into petty arguments which are basically not adding to the debate. We're all adults and we all make mistakes.
Emotions are currently running high with Rambler situation.
Anyways I may have got this all wrong and if so just ignore this message.

Micru it really doesn't matter. Its his choice whether he joins and it doesn't matter if he has 1 share or 10,000,000.
We know what we are trying to achieve and its pretty simple...give us PIs a voice and to ensure we do everything we can to try to protect our position.
We are all feeling the pain in respect to being invested here. For those who joined today, thanks and invite open to anyone else who is interested in trying to make a difference.
Strummer we have all sorts grouped together. You can interact as little or much as you want. To be honest the majority over 80% I would say do not post at all. They are still committed and confirmed.
