Book changes quickly

So , although not great where is are this morning.. i my view gives another opportunity.. a major short is buying back.. and they continue to buy share's in house.. whats not to like..

This is well undervalued... in every metric... the problem with a recovery play.. the share price has already gone when the news changes... its worth 5 % of it all time high.. 10 % or where the directors bought millions of shares at 3.20... not sure what anyone buying is waiting for.

Whats interesting is they are making a big move into AI.. but we are years ahead

Looks like there was a buyer of book this morning the way they are moving it back up this afternoon

I've got no idea... you would think total disclosure would be a requirement..

Again not sure how the book is being played today... I have just sold 350 K in shares at .4025 and just bought them back at .3866... strange

I'm not saying S4 did not over pay... but not by 90 %

The 4.20 valuation was based and my belief in that the majority or mergers that S4 completed on, were a strike price of 4.20...

All the deals done would have had lawyers and valuations done and may days would have been spent on due process.

Thanks... the way I have looked at S4 is a couple of years ahead... we are in the centre of a storm right now... high interest rates... which at some point will come down.. Ad spending which again we know has been lack lustre with the smaller players.. and finally the team.... when you look at their credentials... they are all world class.. I not saying this is the low... but in a couple fo years from now.. I feel the picture will look a lot better and when the markets decide to realise it, the share price will have already moved.
