PTR sold the Hav tenement to GGP in 2016. Terms of sale were if Hav is mined GGP owes PTR 145m shares in GGP free of charge.

Along similar lines, something that many GGP investors have either forgotten, or don't even know, is that, under the purchase agreement between Pacific Trends Resources and Greatland Pty Ltd./Greatland Gold PLC back in 2016, in the event that Havieron is the subject of a completed bankable feasibility study and Greatland Gold makes a decision to mine, Greatland Gold PLC must issue an additional 145,530,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Greatland Gold PLC to Pacific Trends Resources.

GH has said before he has been surprised at the high grades being found in the breccia zones. Greatland’s last presentation (slide 9) shows all the drilled holes. Some are entirely in the breccia zone - 29 has 106.7m @ 1.8 g/t AU, 39 has 125m @ 2.1g etc. Hole 45 is entirely outside both sulphide and breccia zone and has 0.6 g/t Au.

I view ggp as a once in a lifetime opportunity. It is in one of the best jurisdictions that benefits hugely from mining commodities. As a 4 year old shareholder here there have been some dodgy moments as we are minnows trying to find pins in massive haystacks. But we have been blessed so far and I am extremely grateful.

With regards housing, yes demand for a roof is there, but we have already witnessed government wants an ever bigger share of the pie. BTL investors have been priced out by tax changes. A contracting economy will limit availability of credit for unproductive uses. At least 50% of property value is based on availability of credit. Plus reduced incomes etc....Multiple whammies for housing market, I reckon..

Thelearner. These are indeed worrying times. But worrying itself does no good. I am stocking up on daily necessities (food, water, chocolate etc) to last a year. Making sure covered for torrential rain over 365 days..and hoping for the best with regards other assets.

Home owners I think are sitting ducks for desperate governments.

Tories are already putting out feelers to hike taxes to cover their recent £337 bn profligacy. Triple lock on pensions, income tax, wealth tax, council tax, public sector wage freezes, etc etc etc...everything is on the table!

I reckon people are desperately trying to establish safe / safer places to preserve their wealth - not to grow it.

Corporate Bonds - at risk of default with current decline in economiC activity.

Sovereign bonds - at risk of default due to huge sovereign debt levels, and uneconomic due to low or even negative yields.

Shares - at risk of corporate bankruptcies, fall in profits, dividend cuts.

Gold - traditionally a safe haven, but known to be prone to political diktat - confiscation, nationalisation of mines, taxation etc etc.

Cash - risk of being printed into oblivion. Deposits in banks at risk due to bail in laws. Negative interest rates in many countries.

I think we are heading into a perfect storm. Trouble whichever way you look!
