Hi, Nasdaq rules have a lot of variables and companies may not meet one of the criteria but if they meet others then it’s not an issue. I hold prtg which was on CSE (Canadian version of AIM), not in profit and they uplisted. A lot of R@D biotech companies won’t make profit until they monetise their products. I don’t think it’ll be a problem getting on Nasdaq.
I don’t post here too much but love the shared info and the banter. Hope u guys play nicely as we head into next week!!! :)

Let’s not forget that the value of Salv rises inline with Portage. This shell is currently worth $17m and will be a lot more next week. Let’s see whether we get Portage shares or if an asset is on its way. Whatever happens you can guarantee that with a few people holding massive % it will be in all of our interests.

Kentan you need to have a word with Barclays as I hold salv in both isa and trading accounts so I now have portage shares in both types of account. Barclays have been utterly useless dealing with salv and Ffwd.

Transferred my Portage holding from Halifax ISA to my HL ISA who can trade it. If and when Portage list on Nasdaq or NYSE then most brokers will trade it but its best to call yours to check.
