I was lazy, block 30 was a duster. I had hoped Exxon was quietly accumulating more Walvis property in the meantime. Chevron had a pending drill in the middle of Walvis and surrounded by Eco leases. Perhaps they are too busy with Venezuela.

Block 30 was drilled by Exxon a year and a half ago or more. They went silent after completion. I could not find results and lost interest after a few months of sporadic searches. Has anyone else been curious and lucky with any news?

Good morning, Yank from Nor Cal here, just spotted this today searching for more Quantum stocks. My largest holding is QNCC, it has done well and expect it to get better. Similar tech ideas, ORNG generators different methods. Volatile but started accumulating at $.42 so not a worry and have added more recently.

I will take a stake in QUBE this morning it appears to have been noticed by a few and yes, NASDAQ might help but now is the time to accumulate imo, QNCC is not in there yet, but I consider it to be a portfolio doubler and am not concerned about the recent downturn, glad there are fewer orotundities for the MM's to manipulate yet. It has a large amount of outstanding shares which will possibly reverse split someday, this would be pre-NASDAQ listing I'd imagine, unless something significant happened and it may.

Gil IS to blame as the face and only representative we have ever been presented with. He wanted to be a big shot. I cannot imagine that after all these years (way before 2022) of bloviating that many in the industry run when they see him coming. The price of oil may be quite depressed next year so will there be any reason to drill in 3B/4B? We will see. I am saving this one to offset gains or leaving it for the kids to play with. Why cover for this guy? He has a job to do, do it.

I was in my 50's when I first bought this, I averaged up and averaged down and my shares are at $.20. There was great hope back then, I was still married, my youngest was in college. Now at almost 70 years and single, I am often surprised when reminded that this albatross is still around my neck, a forgotten mistake in the back of the portfolio. My kid graduated some years ago, he and his brother may inherit this ticker and wonder at their father's stupidity. Soooo much has changed in my life and the world, most especially these United States where I live. But Gill is still full of hot air and himself. Got to hand it to him though, he has traveled far and wide, got to fly first class, be a big shot, without doing much of anything.

SA definitely does not care at all about a gas field. They are all over the shallow waters along Orange Basin. Someday, not in my investment and probable physical lifetime.

Frankly it looks like a protection racket. Gangster politics. *Nice bunch of properties you have there, be rude not to share with the locals don't ya think?. This one is close to shore, easier to exploit, we want it, it will make that seismic stuff soooo much easier for you!*.

Respect goes both way spudz. My interest in in Eco gas back to 2017, owned Tullow before and after their partnering. My shares in Eco run well into six figures. I don't need to hear bs political and social comments, this is about investing in a risky junior situation with some potentialy great holdings and little info. Keep it simple. Cheers.

Lol. It is important to listen to all thoughts on important subjects, even if they make you feel icky. I fully expect eco to get over $1.00 with 3B/4b and if Exxon results are released I see another bump. I believe Namibia, not Guyana, is our best chance for the big-time now. I will make some very good $$$ with those catalysts alone, enough for a year of travel and debauchery. Then we will see. This is a f**ked up timeline we live in right now. Being skeptical is survival. I am a seven year holder of this heartbreaker not a short in any stock. To play the market long, one has to have a positive outlook, but you should not be in love with anything. other than your family and friends. Good luck, I hope to be wrong about Guyana.

I hold the opinion that Guyana is a lost cause. Eco is without leverage there and everyone knows this. If they keep it, great, whatever. 3b/4b is what we have now and would be dust without it. Block 1 is possible but mostly shallow which has not been a good place to find oil so far and the three countries nearby are not ready for natural gas. IMO the Walvis Basin is (for now) the next and last big unknown down there. If Exxon releases finds, with commercial results from Block 30, everything changes. Chevron is poised to drill block 82, they seemed to be ready to do it this year. I figure they were waiting for Block 30 results. It looked like a drillship was contracted then went elsewhere. Exxon still has not gone public, rumors of a strike, that's it. Now Chevron says '26 or '27 for spud. If Walvis is in play, then we have a lot of square km's South of Exxon and all around Block 82. If we don't hear some noise about Walvis (or maybe Block 1) during the run up. and drilling off South Africa?, I will be done with this seven year headache, or maybe I will give it to my kids as a lesson in frustration.

Good find and might be a 'tell'. Even with "exemplary performance" hard to believe that "exceeding customer expectations in Angola" would not involve a strike. Could be another game changer and if/when announced would possibly give Eco a bump and some more eyeballs. Chevron is poised to drill a block in Walvis and despite or because of the lawsuit, deals could have been made. There are no level playing fields with that kind of money being thrown around.

They have already brought in four FPSO vessels. They ARE Guyana's oil right now. Guyana is(was) dirt poor. Yes, I believe Exxon can do whatever it wants to, on any frontier (or the US today).

As stated below. It is in the best interests of Exxon for the license to lapse. I am cynical and worldly enough to believe that is the only thing that matters here. This is all about South Africa and possibly Namibia. Speaking of Namibia and Exxon, it has been one year since Exxon spud Block 30 in the Northern end of the Walvis Basin (Angola, on the border) where Eco holds a few blocks. The drill was completed in October and I can find absolutly zero results posted or leaked. I will speculate that any results may/would affect Eco's and other block holders share price and bargaining ability, both there and Guyana. That is

some impressive secrecy and a testimony to the power and reach of Exxon. We ain't going to win this waiting game. Eco is a child to be ignored. I pretend Guyana does not exist and thank goodness Total is our real daddy right now, or we would vanish.

"The US may want to replace those sources". I believe that the US admin is absolutely clueless, incapable, and uninterested in looking at realistic policy. XOM, Marathon, Saudis, will call the shots. Whether that is good or bad for Eco remains to be seen.

Exxon was at Block 30 for many more days than this (can't find the number). Five months later we still have no results I am aware of. Today I noticed in *Africa Intelligence* publication that Exxon has gotten an extension on the time it would like for farther exploration in the Namibia basin. I do not have access to the article. Yes I am low on details : ).

Once again. Why would anyone farm out the Walvis? Unless XOM has found something off Angola (which results has been hidden for many months) why spend that kind of $ when Orange is full of oil?

From what I find, there are no rigs poking around the Walvis Basin, a few going at it and another to spud soon in the Orange. We need Walvis confirmation, done by others please. My girl and I could make a strike in the Orange with a heavy fish weight and a large reel : )
