I think at the moment Tim can be classed as villein and hero.
On the one hand he did the placing and dropped us in it but he did secure funding for the company.
On the other he has got Avion to fund the Lupuzor programme in the USA taking the cost and risk away from IMM.
Avion I assume must have been convinced to take Lupuzor on. Ok there is a big payday for Avion if it comes off.
For IMM , FDA approval is the first duck in the row for getting approvals elsewhere and earnings from the product not in terms of only royalties.

I like the sound of one of the companies Eva mentioned.
The difficulty with IMM, if Lupuzor comes off and we get approvals worldwide, the value of this share is mind blowing.

The potential of IMM is tremedous. IF things do take off then, because of the revenue which comes in, perhaps Tim will not have to go to the market for further funding.
It has the funding in place from the recent placing which, subject the approvals for Lupuzor, should keep IMM going until the revenue stream starts coming in

I appreciate it is not good to assume anything but as the drug has gone through phase 3. If the FDA approval comes and is favourable, because it has gone through phase 3 there is a strong chance that it will go through point 3 of Eva's comment then it is the wait for FDA approval.
I am not sure if FDA approval has a fast track system in place for the last stage of approval.
Prior to the next FDA approval could this be where Tim tweaks the number of shares in circulation or, if the Mcap looks reasonable will IMM become a target of a big Pharma.

"We now see Lupuzor as having the ability to generate blockbuster sales in the US (US$1bn+) alone (previously US and EU combined) – which when coupled with a royalty stream of up to 17% on revenues, could see an annual royalty to ImmuPharma’s bottom line of US$170m per year."

just wondered what other shares people were eyeing up once funds are released from IMM.
I currently hold in IMM, Tils, SNG and ODX.
My average in IMM is 14p. Should we have a decent rise i am considering reinvesting into some of these subject to current share value been as they are today

Agreed. It is obviously uncomfortable at the moment but patience is the key here.

So we dont know if the FDA have concluded its review, If they have, Avion ,because of its company status, do not need to release any information to the stock market. I assume that Avion and IMM are talking to each other about the SPA
This leaves us in the hands of Tim to update us. From reading comments about Tim on this board I am not sure when he would feel it is the right moment to release the information.
The market clearly is waiting for the results of the FDA review. If Avion has the results does anyone know Tims legal responsibility to reveal the information to the market and if so once he has the information how long does he have to provide it to the market?

My understanding is the 45 days can be extended but if the FDA want to do this they need to let Avion know.
Whether Avion or imm are obliged to let the stock markets know about any extension I don’t know
