If they had this in mind there is no way that should have committed to keeping the benchmark price.
Looking at a wider picture, Luca and Landstead have a sweet deal at the moment and then you think about the price when SPA comes through, not so sweet.
BUT the not so sweet part is sugared by the impact on the increase in the value of the shares which they will be given at the end of the agreement

I cant possibly comment on the ins and outs of what is going on apart for these observations.
We have major share holders which Tim needs to keep on board
The management team consists of 6 people but poor old Tim keeps getting the stinky end of the stick.
We as pI's are not aware of the larger picture and dare I say we need to trust the management.
We have funding to keep us going over the period Lupuzor is going through its final Phase.
I think we need to start to give the management a bit of credit. They have kept IMM afloat and now in a good financial position

Also On Imm's web site apart from directors it only mentions Lanstead as a share holder over the 3% threshold as at 16 Sept
Other search show K W investments holding 9.29%, Hargreaves Landsdown 6.38%. and other over 3%.
Anyone know why they are not show on IMM's page?

The traders like you say and the long termers who who are happy to lock up finds.
I am not sure about my strategy fir this share.
If all goes to plan I can only imagine the increase. for whatever reason when lupuzor becomes commercial I previously mentioned £3.5 per share .
But who knows.
So the II and PI holders can make an absolute killing if they hold on.

With holding the shares L1 and Lind are taking a risk.
At the moment I would really like to be in their position.
To a certain degree they have shown a commitment to IMM.
Can you confirm that the conversion price is now reduced to 11p from 17.96p for all the shares they convert?

At this stage PIs and IIs will have taken their positions. Unless they need to release funds they wont sell. So any activity now should be on the buying side unless a disaster happens.
A little something made me smile, I think Eva mentioned that their investment was 200k. Assuming an average of 13.5p The share holding is a greater holding than Lind
