Before the post about 3m came in i was thinking that RMS is now going to be a strange company in terms of its different fields.
RMS pre P2F is understandable just then P2F is added . RMS and P2F is an odd marriage then, P2F transforms to a face mask manufacturer.
For me if the face mask side takes off this could be a straight forward sell off ,P2F would then go back to its original core business.
3m has a net income of 1.29b (thanks Google) things could get interesting

I think this could be described as the medical equivalent of goretex.
So many uses

Cant really comment on your maths but your principle is where things get very interesting.
The company manufactures and quite possibly sells the mask directly.
For the NHS to buy into it it needs to be competitively priced. I dont know but say it can be used 10 times longer than the existing disposable single use mask and providing the cost is not significantly higher than the disposable type it should be a no brainer for the stock buyers for the NHS.
The existing disposable single use type can be bought for around 20p each. P2F I think could sell for say £2.00 each which is the same as 10 x single use masks
so 5m per month produced becomes 10m revenue.
say 50% gross profit

You may be right about the factory.
A manufacturer of covid testing kits are churning out test kits which could dramatically help the uk and the world from what looks like prefab units in a place call Alva in the wilds of Scotland.
Its amazing what goes on in these small buildings which could have a dramatic effect on us

This could easily go the same way as that covid share that you mentioned.
After the P2F deal there will be circa 1,374m shares in circulation.

When i was looking at investing i considered BRH vs RMS.
I went for RMS as i think it has so much more to offer directly.
Clearly BRH will benefit in terms of value so because of its diversity it is a safer punt but as they say you need to be confident in your choices and I see RMS as the better choice between the 2

Bought into RMS this morning,
I agree , i have holdings in odx which supplies testing kits for covid, the market is mind blowing for the company that gets it right.
RMS have the great benefit of having other arms to the company so for me the mcap is ridiculously cheap.
IF the face mask passes the tests, this share price will surely explode. I don't want to sound ridiculous with figures so I will keep my thoughts to myself but I am sure experience traders on here will understand the potential.

I come in peace.
Originally I was researching BRH but veered off and ended up looking more closely at RMS.
I am sure there are users on here with great in depth knowledge of RMS and the recent goings on.
Would you mind helping me out with my research.
RMS and Pharm2farm seem to be odd bed fellows. I assume BRH instigated the merger any idea why they would bring the 2 together?
If the Pharm2farm mask takes off where do you see the Mcap going to?
Has the funding for the plant to manufacture the mask been paid for or will this be paid by RMS and if so has the finance of it been obtained?
