Before the submission Avion and Fda would have had discussions-and the principles of the submission will have been agreed. And the fda will have given the green light to submit the spa
I think it will come and at the moment the finer details are been finalised

Not sure if I have the balls to do it to imm at the moment but I might try on other holdings

day trading imm is fine but trading and leaving a day between sell and buy is too risky for me. As with my luck the rns would land the day after i had just sold.

I terms of everything the FDA deals with, this SPA submission must be straight forward.

The price will go up and down. The main thing is do not panic.

Perhaps program was the wrong word to use
Do the fda specify what the want Avion to do for phase 3. If this the case then the specification for phase 3 could be the element that is still in discussion

The only non conspiracy theory which holds water for me is that The fda has put forward a programme for phase 3. Avion do not like the look of it and are in discussion to agree a variation of the program put forward by the fda

I am a long term holder
I bought more yesterday.
I you are not too good at delving into a company in terms of research this is a good opportunity to start.
Listen to the presentation and just do basic maths. Also Look at the Macap of the company compared to its competitors
This company is going to have cash coming out of its ears and a think a declaration of a dividend is not too far away.
I would buy into the company and hold do not be impatient
