`HHDL now targets the start-up of long term Portland oil production during 2019, subject to the grant of necessary regulatory consents.`
Will the local councillors, elected by a goodly proportion of upmarket swampies swiftly expedite production licences?
OR will they kick it down the road, ask for this pernickety point to be clarified, and for that additional test to be carried out.
Angus was purchased from Caudilla a couple of years ago, and they are set to produce from the already drilled Brockham multi- well site. Different council , but not a done deal.
Councils get circa $6 a barrel, which should be incentive enough -and the Govt in Jan this year asked that they push thru oil licences, they [we] badly need tax pounds, and the kimmeridge will supply it in torrents, but only if the councils obey the law, without bending it!
Finally look at DL`s investments, set up to meld Angus and UKOG into one.
Ask why the SP has stuck at 2p,is it because the major players know the score, 2020 is more realistic for HH to send oil to Fawley.
Of course you could try being nice to DL, go on you can do it.........
