IMO no they are not using NCYT test kit. But I would think they are for Validation with whatever test they are doing.

I posted about those poor souls stuck on the Diamond Princess when the news broke.
Must be a nightmare and it is a clear wake up call to the world that Covid-19 is not going to be stopped. 2-3 people on that ship had the virus and now look at the figures for infection on board.

Well they wont be selling many then will they. Seeing as things stand Primer Designs will be up and running for months beforehand.

Any regulatory body need to do due diligence in regards to a new product.
Primer Designs Covid-19 test is no different.
There would be uproar if it was given the green light and later found it didn't work or had below 99% success rate.

Approval is coming of this I am certain. When however is another matter.

IMO Big Pharma wont touch NCYT until the hype settles, which will be when infection rates are under control and a vaccine is available.

However I can see a licencing agreement take place to meet demand for tests. As that will very likely hit the millions if things get worse in the coming weeks and months.

Think of the 1st case in the UK, it was a Hotel in York. Potentially 10 more days then before any one might show signs of infection.

End of the day who throws around £100k buying at .79 when they could get in at .52 1st thing this morning.

In living memory the world has not seen the likes of this virus. Panic is taking hold now and NCYT are 1 of the few companies that will do very very well out of the chaos. Saving lives in the process makes it all the sweeter for those of us that got on board pre 31/0/19

It is a Dr that has tested positive, but it is OK. He/She was not at work today. LOL

So what about all the other days they have been at work and seeing patients. Anyone that has been that close to this Dr could now be infected.
Very much going to get much much worse. Before it gets better.
