If you look at the document i uploaded on sun at 11pm you will see under point 5c (when rules were changed to 12 months - used to be 18 months- the final part is relevant to those already beyond 12 months when the regulation was changed) that it does state 12 months. Now im not suggesting for a second i know better than Ivy who has most likely been told this from the exchange / advisors. Im just posting this as from all my research a few months ago that was the conclusion i came too... Looks like i was wrong! Has anyone got anything to show it is 18months? Hopefully wont be bear that as the sooner this gets the better.

Cheers Topmoney- So it all ties up with the company wanting to get back before the 12 months are up. Early days right now but will be interesting to see the markets response when it does get back. All depends on the full and half year results still to come out as hopefully theyv made a nice amount of profits.

Nope was 18 months but now is 12 months.. prior to the 18 months there was no time period at all but HKSE got its act together.

Hi Topmoney... Not getting that information from a company source its just my take on it as will have then been 12 months come end of April and if not been relisted by then it will be a case of being delisted off the HKSE. Now that you have mentioned it where did you come qcross the company saying it will be back by march 2022 if you dont mind me asking?

Oops should have clarified the last post by saying price of ethanol before anyone thinks i meant the share price (which if they hold will know it cant have been as weve been suspended over 9 months!)

Regarding the price although theres been abit of a drop/correction over the last 3 months its still trading at way above the last 5 year average so still happy days. Hope the suspension hasnt caused anyone too much pain! The ends in sight....

Been popping my head in and out since suspension. Have had this in the back drawer for awhilst but investigated further today. Looks like provided everything goes tickety boo then at latest we will be back by end of april this year. IF it doesnt which i dont think will be the case at all we will be kicked off the HKSE... Think this may end up being a blessing in disguise for us holders. Ethanol prices doing well too!

Jelly not sure what twit would sell when they have sat through the lowest point of the sp trend for some time. Can understand if they are forced due to lifes costs etc but doubt anyone here is going to be looking to offload to get out into any rise. We have stuck around as know the potential of this company and whikat delayed for several factors is soon about to be unleashed.

Its been NT to buy and sell for over 20mins... And no trades since so its not just my 2 brokers.. something afoot?

Im still getting NT to buy £5k. Out a limit order through at 17.5p about 15mins ago and thats not went through either. Called the stockbroker and were useless.

Goldenegg iv been tring for over 45mins now for £5k and no luck at all.
Called the broker and said wtf is going on but they were as helpful as a chocolate teapot!
Might try a limit order in abit if cant buy through at best conditions.

Tge company has called the payment(s) for professional and consultancy fees. Lets see what becomes of this but may just be the kick up the backside the BoD needed. Been holding since change to HK as this is a long term play for me.

I dont get some posters who claim to be holders (and they probably are!) That come on here and pick arguments... Sharesaplenty yes bushys grammer isnt right as he has missed out a questiin mark but how you come to the conclusion he is claiming there will be news next week is beyond me. Hi 3cardbag. Im aware its not winded up and its delisted.. lets see how long it takes to get th m to list Kendrick resources. Thought i would check here as someone mentioned they got the shares in certificate form from HSBC i think it was when BMR delisted. However i was told by share centre i couldnt as was an unlisted share. Its now with ii and i was going to put in a complaint as share centre has been bought out by ii so they have taken on all of share centres liabilities.
