Mike iv learnt from my early days to never use stop losses on AIM shares. I can confirm that MMs see these and are free to do what they wish on certain listings that are price set by them.

Was watching closely yesterday and if memory serves me right it had just under 50% of all shares in circ traded... Today has gone over that in first hour (just over!)

Oops mcap/sp*

The company's mcap/so has tumbled recently and all because of the delayed bondholders meeting casting a huge shadow on the existence of it. Now that's resolved at minimum this will be back to where it was in May... And that's a minimum IMHO.

Future is secured... Only earlier this month when uncertainty looked we were higher than the current price. Once market clocks on we will be off. Been watching on sidelines and first post today after buying in. ATB

I doubt thats the case as it doesn't change much in terms of shareholders. I'm fairly certain anything agreed would need to be put to shareholders to vote. (However if the BRP process effects this I'm not certain but I doubt it will).

Has anyone else come across Bill Chipanes letter to BMN? It's damning for sure. Alfa posted it on 1 of the telegram chats. Alot the BOD and Craig have to answer. Il be voting against this deal. Unless BMN reply with a valid response... However I can't see they can refute what he has said especially that another bid at many multiples of the current SP was made.
