ZincOx Hires AIM Veteran Donald McAlister As New Finance Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - Zinc recycling company ZincOx Resources PLC on Monday said it has appointed Donald McAlister as its new finance director with immediate effect.

McAlister is the former finance director at Mwana Africa PLC, an AIM-listed firm which changed its name to Asa Resource Group PLC last year, and sits on the board of Tertiary Minerals PLC, another AIM-listed firm.

"I am delighted that Donald has agreed to join the board, and I look forward to working with him, as do all of my colleagues. Donald comes with excellent skills and experience ideally suited to ZincOx," said ZincOx Chairman Rod Beddows.

Shares in ZincOx were down 3.2% to 0.75p Monday.
